Abstract

Kejaksaan Negeri Batam adalah instansi yang bergerak di bidang penegakan hukum yang memiliki tugas utama di bidang penuntutan termasuk penuntutan terhadap tindak pidana anak. Meskipun kejaksaan berwenang melakukan penuntutan terhadap anak namun alur prosedur penuntutan tersebut belum ada sehingga orangtua yang anak terlibat kasus pidana kesulitan dalam mengikuti sistem peradilannya sehingga penulis mengangkat topik ini sebagai laporan kerja praktek. Penulis dalam kerja praktek ini membuat sebuah alur yang berisikan tentang Prosedur penuntutan anak dengan mengunakan metode wawancara, observasi lapangan dan studi keperpustakaan. Dengan implementasi yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa alur tersebut dapat memberikan informasi ke masyarakat, penyidik dan orang tua yang anaknya terkena tindak pidana ********************************************************************** The Batam District Attorney is an agency engaged in the field of law enforcement, which has the main task in the field of prosecution including prosecution of child crimes. Although the prosecutor's office has the authority to prosecute children, the flow of the prosecution procedure does not yet exist, so parents of children involved in criminal cases have difficulty in following the justice system so the authors raise this topic as a practical work report. The author in this practical work makes a flow that contains the procedure for the prosecution of children by using interviews, field observations and library studies. With the implementation that has been done by the author, it can be concluded that the flow can provide information to the public, investigators and parents whose children are exposed to criminal acts.
