Abstract

Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat terjadi di saat para pelaku usaha melakukan kegiatan atau perjanjian yang telah dilarang oleh Undang-Undang dikarenakan lebih mementingkan kepentingan pribadi dibandingkan dengan kepentingan umum. Tujuan dari dilaksanakan kerja praktek ini adalah mencari solusi dari masalah yang terjadi pada Toko Supermarket Bless. Selama ini pemilik dari Toko Supermarket Bless sering melakukan kegiatan maupun perjanjian yang dilarang dengan pihak lain yang berpotensi mengakibatkan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat. Apabila Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat terjadi walaupun pihak yang mendapatkan keuntungan tetapi akan ada banyak pihak lain yang akan mengalami kerugian. Kerja Praktek ini dilaksanakan mulai dari tanggal 21 Mei 2018 sampai dengan 31 Juli 2018. Pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini menggunakan metode empiris dan di dalam pelaksanaanya terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu Tahap Persiapan merupakan tahap menemukan lokasi Kerja Praktek sekaligus pengajuan izin, kemudian Tahap Pelaksanaan merupakan tahap pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik Toko Supermarket Bless serta mengumpulkan data pendukung lainnya yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis, dan terakhir adalah Tahap Penelitian dan Pelaporan merupakan tahap menyusun seluruh data menjadi laporan Kerja Praktek. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan Video dan Poster yang berisikan mengenai pengatahuan singkat akan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat dan ajakan agar tidak melakukan perjanjian maupun kegiatan yang dilarang Undang-Undang. Hasil dari implementasi hasil penelitian tersebut adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada para pemilik usaha maupun masyarakat yang tidak tahu sama sekali akan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat. ********************************************************************** Unfair Business Competition occurs when business actors carry out activities or agreements that have been prohibited by the Act because they are more concerned with personal interests than the public interest. The purpose of carrying out this practical work is to find solutions to problems that occur at Bless Supermarket Stores. During this time the owner of the Bless Supermarket Shop often performs activities or agreements that are prohibited with other parties that have the potential to result in Unfair Business Competition. If Unfair Business Competition occurs even though the parties that benefit, but there will be many other parties who will suffer losses. This practical work is carried out from May 21, 2018 until July 31, 2018. Implementation of this practical work uses the empirical method and in its implementation is divided into three stages, namely the Preparation Phase is the stage of finding the location of practical work as well as the application for a permit, then the Implementation Stage is the collection stage data through observation and interviews with Bless Supermarket Shop owners and collecting other supporting data which is then processed and analyzed, and finally the Research and Reporting Phase is the stage of compiling all data into a Job Training report. The purpose of this study is to produce a video and poster that contains a brief introduction to unfair business competition and an invitation not to enter into agreements or activities prohibited by the law. The results of the implementation of the research results is to provide knowledge to business owners and the public who have no idea at all about Unfair Business Competition.
