Abstract

PT Inlogam Himalaya merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak dibidang scrap yang mempunyai kegiatan yaitu melakukan kegiatan jual-beli barang scrap yang berupa Tembaga, Besi, Alluminium dan lainnya. Dalam melaksanakan kerja praktek ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mencari permasalahan yang dapat menimbulkan potensi kerugian untuk perusahaan dikemudian hari dan mencari solusi dengan menganalisa masalah yang terjadi diperusahaan, sehingga dengan ini dapat menghasilkan output yang dapat menghilangkan atau mengurangi potensi terjadinya kerugian di PT Inlogam Himalaya, masalah yang sudah terjadi adalah ketika perusahaan melakukan kerjasama dengan supplier, perusahaan tidak membuat suatu perjanjian secara tertulis namun hanya secara lisan, hal ini dapat menyebabkan kerugian dikemudian hari bagi PT Inlogam Himalaya, sehingga jika terjadi sengketa baik pihak perusahaan maupun pihak perorangan tidak dapat melakukan pembuktian surat sehingga hal ini dapat menimbulkan kerugian yang berkelanjutan. Jabwal kerja praktek penulis adalah 3 bulan dimulai pada tanggal 27 mei 2019 sampai pada tanggal 5 agustus, adapun tahap tahap yang dilaksanakan oleh penulis yaitu tahap persiapan menentukan judul dan melakukan permohonan perizinan, kedua tahap pelaksanaan yaitu melakukan analisis data dan menyusun laporan kerja praktek dan tahap ketiga tahap pelaporan yaitu meminta revisi dari dosen pembimbing dan melakukan kegiatan finalisasi. Luaran proyek yang dihasikan oleh penulis berupa rancangan perjanjian kontrak kerjasama antara PT Inlogam Himalaya dan perorangan sebagai supplier, yang mana isi perjanjian tersebut berisikan ketentuan umum, hak dan kewajiban para pihak pada umumnya. Hal ini dapat memberikan jaminan, pelingan dan kepastian hukum bagi PT Inlogam Himalaya maupun kliennya. ********************************************************************** PT Inlogam Himalaya is a business entity engaged in the scrap which has activities that do buying and selling goods in the form of scrap copper, iron, and other Alluminium. In carrying out practical work has the objective is to look for problems that can cause potential harm to the company in the future and find solutions by analyzing problems incurred in the company, so that it can generate output that can eliminate or reduce the potential for losses in PT Inlogam Himalayas, problems has happened is that when companies cooperate with suppliers, the company did not make an agreement in writing but only orally, it can cause harm in the future for PT Inlogam Himalayas, so that if the dispute is the company nor the individual can not do the verification letter that this can lead to the loss sustained. Schedule practical work the author is three months starting on 27 May 2019 until the 5th of August, while phase carried out by the author of the preparatory stage to specify a title and conduct licensing application, the second phase of the implementation is to do data analysis and prepare reports practical work and stage The third phase of reporting that requested a revision of the lecturers and conducting finalization. Outcomes project be produced by the author in the form of draft partnership agreements between PT Inlogam Himalaya and individuals as the supplier, where the contents of the agreement which contains general provisions, the rights and obligations of the parties in general. It can give a guarantee, protecting and legal certainty for PT Inlogam Himalayas and clients.
