Abstract
Kerja Praktek ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi kepada masalah yang dihadapi oleh Minimarket Rejeki Utama dalam kegiatan operasionalnya. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Minimarket Rejeki Utama yaitu hanya menggunakan media promosi word of mouth oleh pemilik dan karyawan untuk mengembangkan usahanya sehingga nilai penjualan dari waktu ke waktu tidak meningkat. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai melalui kerja praktek ini yaitu meningkatkan nilai penjualan sebanyak 5% dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap Minimarket Rejeki Utama. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek dilakukan selama periode 01 Oktober 2019 s.d. 31 Desember 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini adalah observasi ke lokasi, wawancara dengan personil yang bersangkutan, perancangan sistem promotion mix yang sesuai dan implementasi rancangan tersebut. Luaran yang disampaikan kepada Minimarket Rejeki Utama meliputi akun Google yang sudah terdaftar pada Google Maps dan akun Whatsapp Business serta gagasan-gagasan sales promotion. Dengan penerapan promotion mix tersebut, masyarakat sekitar yang mencari minimarket dapat mengetahui lokasi Minimarket Rejeki Utama dan petunjuk jalan menuju lokasinya, Minimarket Rejeki Utama mendapatkan database nomor telpon pembeli dan peningkatan penambahan customer dan mengalami peningkatan dalam penjualan dengan rata-rata sebesar 8%. ********************************************************************** The purpose of the practical work is to provide solutions to problems faced by the Main Rejeki Minimarket in its operational activities. The problem faced by Main Rejeki Minimarket is that it only uses word of mouth promotion media by owners and employees to develop their business so that the sales value from time to time does not increase. Practical Work activities were carried out during 01 October 2019 to December 31, 2019. The methods used in the practical work are observation at the location, interviews with relevant personnel, design of an appropriate promotion mix system and implementation of the system. Outputs delivered to the Rejeki Utama Minimarket include Google accounts that have been registered on Google Maps and Whatsapp Business accounts as well as sales promotion ideas. With the implementation of the promotion mix, the surrounding community who are looking for minimarkets can find the location of the Main Rejeki Minimarket and the directions to its location, the Main Rejeki Minimarket has a database of buyer's telephone numbers and an increase in customer addition and an increase in sales around 8%.
