Abstract

Penulis melakukan penelitian Kerja Praktek di Sekolah Theodore Batam yang beralamat di Jalan Raja Ali Haji Sei Jodoh Park No. 29 – 36. Ditinjau dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh Penulis di Sekolah Theodore permasalahan yang terjadi adalah tidak adanya perjanjian tertulis yang mengikat secara hukum dalam melakukan perjanjian jual beli antara Sekolah Theodore dengan beberapa Penerbit Buku yang dampaknya memberikan kerugian bagi pihak Sekolah Theodore. Oleh sebab kendala yang terjadi Penulis bermaksud untuk melakukan penelitian di Sekolah Theodore dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi kendala yang dihadapi dengan diberlakukannya kesepakatan perjanjian jual beli tertulis. Terkait penelitian ini Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris yang berarti metode penulisan berdasarkan data hasil lapangan yang diperoleh dari pengamatan dan wawancara ke pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan terkait permasalahan yang terjadi. Dalam pelaksanaan metode ini terdapat 3 (tiga) tahapan, yaitu tahap persiapan dimana Penulis memohon izin kepada pihak Sekolah untuk menjalankan Kerja Praktek serta izin untuk melakukan pencarian data yang berhubungan dengan penelitian Penulis, dilanjutkan dengan tahap pelaksanaan yaitu Penulis akan mencari setiap data-data yang berkaitan, melakukan wawancara sampai pada tahap perancangan luaran proyek dan penerapan luaran proyeknya. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap penilaian, yaitu tahap dimana penulis menyusun laporan dari hasil pengamatan dan penelitian yang telah dijalankan dan dievaluasi oleh Dosen Pembimbing. Hasil dari perencanaan luaran proyek yang dibuat oleh Penulis adalah rancangan proyek yang dapat direalisasikan secara berkelanjutan bagi pihak Sekolah Theodore dan menjadi suatu kemudahan untuk mencegah terjadinya kerugian bagi Sekolah. ********************************************************************** The author conducts research on Job Training at Theodore School Batam which is located at Jalan Raja Ali Haji Sei Jodoh Park No. 29-36. Judging from the results of observations made by the Author at Theodore School, the problem that occurred was the absence of a legally binding written agreement in conducting a sale and purchase agreement between Theodore School and several Book Publishers whose impact caused losses to Theodore School. Because of the obstacles that occur, the author intends to conduct research at Theodore School with the aim of reducing the obstacles faced by the enactment of a written sale and purchase agreement. Related to this research, the author uses empirical legal research methods which means that the writing method is based on field data obtained from observations and interviews with the parties concerned related to the problems that occur. In the implementation of this method there are 3 (three) stages, namely the preparation stage where the author requests permission from the School to carry out the Job Training and permission to conduct data searches related to the author's research, followed by the implementation phase ie the Author will search for any data related, conducting interviews up to the project design stage and implementing project outcomes. Then proceed with the assessment stage, which is the stage where the author prepares a report from the results of observations and research that has been carried out and evaluated by the Supervisor. The results of the project outcome planning made by the author are project designs that can be realized sustainably for Theodore School and become a convenience to prevent losses for the School.
