Abstract

Untuk mecapai ketertiban umum diperlukannya sebuah peraturan yang biasa disebut hukum berisikan serangkaian peraturan untuk ditaati dan tidak dilanggar. Tidak sedikit ditemukan sehari-hari dalam kehidupan ditemukan berbagai pelanggaran yang dilakukan masyarakat yang menyebabkan kerugian untuk berbagai pihak. Oleh karena itulah fungsi dan manfaat adanya sebuah aturan, untuk mancapai ketertiban masyarakat. Kejaksaan adalah bagian dari salah satu penegak hukum yang memegang peranan penting dalam menjalankan penegakan hukum tersebut. Memiliki tugas utama dalam menangani terkhususnya perkara tindak pidana umum. Dalam perkara tindak pidana umum, seiring dengan kinjerja jaksa pasti selalu beriringan dengan penyidik dalam setiap penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana umum. Karena itu sangat dibutuhkan sinergitas serta kekompakan antar dua pejabat maupun instansi dalam penyelesaian setiap pekara. Awal mula sebuah perkara selalu dimulai dari pihak kepolisian yang ditangani oleh seorang penyidik yang kemudian akan dilimpahkan kepada kejaksaan yang akan ditangani oleh seorang jaksa. Dalam proses berjalannya penyelesaian perkara tersebut, akan melewati langkah penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti oleh kepolisian penyidik kepada jaksa. Untuk mempermudah jalannya proses penyerahan tersebut dan mengoptimalisasikan kinerja kedua instansi maka diperlukannya sebuah SOP untuk meringankan tugas baik penyidik maupun jaksa, juga demi keamanan dan kenyamanan bagi para terdakwa. Dalam hal tersebut makan akan diciptakannya sebuah peraturan internal dalam kejaksaan untuk dipatuhi bagi siapapun yang ingin melaksanakan proses penyerahan tersebut. Guna mencapai efisiensi kinerja para penyidik maupun jaksa dalam proses penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana umum sebelum pada akhirnya diserahkan dan dilimpahkan kepada Pengadilan Negeri untuk diproses lebih lanjut. ********************************************************************** To achieve public order, a rule is needed, a law commonly called a law containing a series of rules to be obeyed and not violated. In general criminal cases, along with the prosecutors' performance, they must always go hand in hand with the investigator in every settlement of general criminal cases. Therefore, synergy and solidarity are needed between the two officials and agencies in the completion of each work. The beginning of a case always starts from the police who are handled by an investigator who will then be handed over to the prosecutor who will be handled by a prosecutor. In the process of completing the case, the police will pass the steps to hand over suspects and evidence to the prosecutor. To facilitate the delivery process and optimize the performance of the two agencies, an SOP is needed to ease the duties of both investigators and prosecutors, as well as for the safety and comfort of the defendants. In this case eating will create an internal regulation in the prosecutor's office to be obeyed for anyone who wants to carry out the submission process. In order to achieve the efficiency of the performance of investigators and prosecutors in the process of resolving general criminal cases before being finally handed over and delegated to the District Court for further processing.
