Abstract

Pelaksanaan kerja praktik ini didasari dengan tujuan untuk membantu perusahaan bisnis berbasis online dalam mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dalam menyajikan laporan keuangan. Pelaksanaan kerja praktik ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 1 September 2019 sampai 15 Maret 2020. Beberapa komponen dalam merancang sistem yang digunakan oleh penulis pada kerja praktik ini antara lain: survei lapangan, wawancara dan perancangan sistem. Pelaksanaan kerja praktik ini dapat memberikan manfaat dalam menyusun dan menyajikan laporan keuangan bagi perusahaan. Sistem yang dirancang digunakan untuk menampilkan hasil laporan keuangan secara otomatis hanya dengan melakukan peng-input-an data transaksi tanpa harus membuat laporan keuangan secara manual seperti yang dilakukan perusahaan sebelumnya. Perancangan sistem kerja praktik ini memiliki beberapa aspek manfaat yang menjadi patokan bagi perusahaan antara lain: menjadikan bahan untuk mempertimbangkan serta mampu mengatasi kesalahan pada pencatatan yang dilakukan secara manual serta untuk menjauhi kesalahan yang tidak diketahui perusahaan. Setelah menerapkan sistem yang dirancang oleh penulis, perusahaan mendapatkan kemudahan serta kepastian dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam mencapai tujuan usahanya. ********************************************************************** The purpose of the practical work is to make a planning and implementing an accounting information system for Online shopping company in order for solving the problem in presenting the financial statements. The implement of practical work lasted from 1st September 2019 to 31th January 2020. There are several components that incorporated by author in the planning of the system for this practical work. This practical work can be beneficial for the company in making and presenting the financial statements. This system is designed to display the financial statements automatically simply by inputting the transaction data into the system, saving the hassles of creating the financial statements manually, like the company used to do in the past. In this practical work, there are few benefits aspects that become a criterion for the company such as; using the material to consider and be able to overcome the problem in recording that has been done by manually and avoid the mistakes that they might be unaware of. After implement the system that designed by the author, company would have the ease and confidence in making decisions that can help in achieving their business goals.
