Abstract

Kerja Praktek bertujuan unutk mengetahui kendala dalam usaha UMKM yang bergerak di bidang perusahaan dagang pakaian muslim dimana dalam pencatatan akutansi di dapat masih ada kendala mengenai pencatatan akutansi yang tepat dan benar, dalam hal ini yang diteliti untuk rancangan sistem akutansi pada Toko Nsp Hijabs. Kerja Praktek di laksanakan pada periode 1 oktober 2019 s.d 31 desember 2019. Interpolasi dilaksanakan memalui fase pemantauan, Interview, pencetus sistem, implementasi lapangan, eksposisi dan evaluasi. Kerja praktek yang dihasilkan selama ini bisa membantu masyarakat UMKM yang bergerak di bidang dagang dimana bisa berapa besar keutungan yang didapat selama satu periode. Selama sebelum adanya sistem pencatatan akutansi tersebut dimana banyak sekali kejanggalan dan kesalahan yang didapat dalam pencatatan perbulannya. Kesalahan pada penggunaan piutang, nilai aset tetap, pembayaran listrik, pembayaran gaji, dan sebagianya. Hal tersebut bisa dipastikan bahwa minimnya pengetahuan mengenai pecatatan akutansi yang benar. Dalam melakukan pencatatan masih secara manual, sebab itu kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai sistem pencatatan akutansi secara sistematik. Sistem pencatatan akutansi ini dibuat menjerap Microsoft Office Access. konfigurasi ini sangat menyervis buat pemiliki dimana dalam hal penhinputan aset tetap, kita bisa mengetahui berapa nilai penyusutan yang didapat, berapa kah total penjualan yang diraih selama sebulan, dan lainnya. Dari hal tersebut pemilik bisa mengetahui bagaimana kinerja penjualan selama satu periode dan bisa menggambarkan kedepannya apa yang harus dilakukannya. ********************************************************************** Job Training aims to find out the constraints in the business of MSMEs engaged in the Muslim clothing trading company wherein accounting records there can still be obstacles regarding the recording of accurate and correct accounting, in this case, that is investigated for the design of accounting systems at the Nsp Hijabs Store. interoperable Work is carried out in the period 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2019. Interpolation is carried out through the phases of monitoring, interviewing, initiating the system, field implementation, exposition, and evaluation. The practical work produced so far can help the MSME community engaged in trade where how much profit can be gained during one period. During before the existence of the accounting recording system where a lot of irregularities and errors were obtained in recording monthly. Errors in the use of receivables, value of fixed assets, payment of electricity, payment of salaries, and part of it. This can be ensured that the lack of knowledge about the correct accounting records. In doing the recording is still manually, because of that lack of knowledge about the system of recording accounting systematically. This accounting recording system was made to absorb Microsoft Office Access. This configuration is very service for the owner where in terms of fixed assets generation, we can find out how much depreciation is obtained, how many total sales achieved during the month, and others. From this the owner can find out how the sales performance during a period and can describe the future of what to do.
