Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, UMKM yang dipilih untuk dilakukan kerja praktek yaitu Limindo Ponsel yang mana berada di AVAVA Mall, Jodoh, yang merupakan salah satu toko ritel handphone dan accessories. Berdasarkan hasil survei, masalah yang timbul pada UMKM ini yaitu proses pendataan yang masih manual baik transaksi sehari-hari maupun klaim garansi yang dilakukan oleh pembelinya tidak tercatat secara detail dan terkadang lupa untuk dicatat. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyusun kerja praktek ini yaitu mengadakan wawancara secara langsung dengan pemilik toko serta melakukan observasi lokasi dan pengumpulan data seperti buku catatan, bukti transaksi dan gambar barang yang mana dapat bermanfaat saat melakukan penyusunan data. Masalah yang telah diketahui dan data yang telah diperoleh, peneliti memutuskan untuk merancang sebuah sistem pencatatan persediaan barang yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah Limindo Ponsel dengan bantuan Microsoft Office Excel 2013. Dengan adanya sistem komputerisasi pencatatan persediaan barang, pemilik toko dapat menghindari terjadinya human error yang selama ini timbul karena pencatatan manual dan dengan bantuan sistem, pemlik juga dapat mengetahui secara detail mengenai transaksi setiap hari dan informasi mengenai pembelinya yang sudah klaim garansi sehingga toko tidak mengalam kerugian yang timbul karena klaim garansi yang berlebihan. ********************************************************************** In this study, the selected MSME for internship is Limindo Ponsel which is located at AVAVA Mall, Jodoh, which is one of the retail stores of handphone and accessories. Based on the survey results, the problem that arises at this MSME is the manual data collection process both daily transactions and warranty claims made by the buyer are not recorded in detail and sometimes forget to be recorded. The method used to compile this internship is to conduct interviews directly with the store owner and conduct site observations and data collection such as notebooks, transaction evidence and pictures of items which can be useful when doing data preparation. From the information and data obtained, the researchers decided to design an appropriate inventory recording system to overcome the Limindo Ponsel problem with the help of Microsoft Office Excel 2013. With a computerized system for recording inventory, store owners can avoid the occurrence of human errors that have arisen due to manual recording and with the help of the system, the clicker can also find out in detail about the transaction every day and information about the buyer who has a warranty claim so that the store does not experience losses arising from excessive warranty claims.
