Abstract

Kerja praktik ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengatasi masalah pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan yang terdapat pada Zenshop. Masalah tersebut timbul dikarenakan toko Zenshop tidak mempunyai sistem pencatatan yang memadai. Kerja praktik ini mulai dilaksanakan sejak 1 Desember 2019 sampai 1 Maret 2019. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data yang dipakai berupa wawancara, survei dan observasi. Luaran atas kerja praktik ini ialah sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang dirancang berdasarkan kebutuhan toko dengan pengunaan aplikasi MS Access. Sistem ini dirancang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diperlukan oleh pemilik toko. Sistem ini terdiri dari penjurnalan akuntansi hingga pelaporan keuangan yang berupa laporan laba rugi, laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan persediaan barang dagang. Setelah sistem ini siap dirancang dan kemudian dilakukannya implementasi sistem terhadap toko Zenshop. Kekurangan dari sistem yang dirancang berupa tiadanya laporan arus kas. Oleh karena itu, hal ini perlu ditindaklanjuti lebih lanjut agar selanjutnya dapat melakukan penambahan berupa laporan arus kas. ********************************************************************** This practical work is to solve problems related to recording and reporting financial accounting contained in Zenshop. The problem arises because Zenshop dont have an adequate recording system. This practical work began from December 1, 2019 until March 1, 2019. Data collection techniques used in the form are interviews, surveys and observations. The output of this practical work is to create an recording system designed based on the needs of the store using the MS Access program. This system is designed according to criteria determined by the shop owner. This system consists of accounting journaling to financial reporting that consist of income statements, statements of financial position and merchandise inventory reports. After the system ready then would be implemented for the Zenshop. The weakness of the system is the absence of cash flow statements. Therefore, this matter needs to be followed up further so that it can then make additions in the form of cash flow statements.
