Abstract

Kerja praktek yang dilakukan pada V&V Bridal ini bertujuan untuk membantu usaha kecil dan menengah dalam menerapkan proses pencatatan sistem akuntansi yang benar dan handal dikarenakan proses pencatatan yang digunakan masih bersifat manual. Proses pencatatan tersebut meliputi penjualan dan pembelian yang tidak teroganisir. Untuk melaksanakan proses kerja praktek ini, peneliti menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Perancangan sistem akuntansi dilakukan melalui program Microsoft Office Access 2010. Sistem akuntansi yang dirancang telah memenuhi kebutuhan usaha V&V Bridal mulai dari laporan transaksi harian hingga laporan keuangan. Sehingga dengan adanya sistem akuntansi yang dirancang pada V&V Bridal diharapkan dapat membantu kegiatan operasional usaha khususnya dalam sistem pencatatan akuntansi. Selain itu, pemilik usaha juga dapat mengandalkan laporan keuangan yang terdapat pada sistem tersebut dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. ********************************************************************** The practical work carried out at V&V Bridal aims to help small and medium businesses in applying the process of recording a true and reliable accounting system because the recording process used is still manual. The recording process includes unorganized sales and purchases. To carry out this practical work process, researchers used the method of observation and interviews with business owners. The design of the accounting system is done through the Microsoft Office Access 2010 program. The accounting system designed has met the needs of V&V Bridal businesses ranging from daily transaction reports to financial statements. So that the existence of an accounting system designed on V&V Bridal is expected to be able to assist business operations, especially in the accounting recording system. In addition, business owners can also rely on the financial statements contained in the system in making better decisions.
