Abstract

Kerja praktik ini dikerjakan pada Vany Cell di Taman Batu Aji Indah 2 Blok E No. 2, kota Batam. Vany Cell sudah berjalan 15 tahun, tapi sampai kini tidak punya satupun sistem pencatatan akuntansi memadai, di mana dapat menampilkan laporan keuangan akurat serta mampu menggambarkan keadaaan finansial entitas. Transaksi keuangan usaha sehari-hari masih dicatat secara manual sehingga kurang andal. Pengambilan keputusan usaha untuk pengembangan usaha lebih lanjut, diperlukan laporan kuangan untuk menerima informasi sehingga sistem pencatatan akuntansi sangat penting. Kerja praktik ini dimulai pada tanggal 06 September 2019 hingga 20 Januari 2020, dimulai dengan melakukan observasi dilanjut wawancara dan perancagan sistem. Pengerjaan kerja praktik ini memberikan hasil akhir suatu sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang sangat sederhana disesuaikan keperluan Vany Cell. Fungsi yang terdapat dalam sistem ini dapat mencatat hingga menyajikan laporan keuangan dengan sistematis. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi ini direka guna memudahkan untuk mengolah data transaksi keuangan sampai pada menyusun laporan keuangan secara akurat dan andal. Setelah implementasi sistem akuntansi selesai dilaksanakan, Vany Cell bisa merasakan kelebihan dari hasil penerapan. Adapun kegunaan yang diperoleh yakni pengguna mendapatkan kemudahan untuk mencatat transaksi keuangan atas entitas menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. ********************************************************************** This internship takes place on Vany Cell in Batam city. Vany Cell has been operated over 15 years, but till now does not have a sufficient accounting system in which be able to serve an accurate financial statement and can reflect the real financial condition of the company. The company’s daily finance transactions are written manually, so they are less reliable. Decision making for the future expansion of the company, financial report required to gain information so that’s why the accounting system is matter. This internship starts from 06 September 2019 till 20 January 2020, begins with observation continued by doing an interview and design the system. The output of this internship is a very simple accounting system adjusted to Vany Cell’s requirement. This system has the function to record transactions until serving the financial statement systematically. This accounting record system is designed to help the user process the transactions until serving a reliable and accurate financial report. After the implementation of the accounting system, Vany Cell can get advantages from this implementation. As usability be able to gain is the user get easily processes the financial transactions of the company to be more effective and efficient.
