Abstract
Kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara promosi dan jenis-jenis bauran promosi yang digunakan terhadap usaha SN Laundry. Analisa kerja praktek menggunakan teori promotion mix yaitu promosi dari periklanan, penjualan Perseorangan, dan Promosi Penjualan. Betapa pentingnya strategi penjualan bagi SN Laundry dengan melihat kondisi persaingan masing-masing pada jasa Laundry saat ini di kota Batam. Ditinjau dari karateristik masalah penelitian masuk kedalam penelitian terapan yaitu hasil nya dapat diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan. Cara ini dilakukan saat kerja praktek pada SN Laundry selama tiga bulan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan Kerja Praktek yaitu observasi, wawancara, perancangan dengan langsung kepada pemilik Laundry tersebut Hasil kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah perlu nya SN Laundry untuk meningkatkan bauran promosi yang sudah ada dengan tujuan agar penjualan perusahaan lebih meningkat dan lebih bisa bersaing dengan pihak distributor lain nya. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to find out how to promote and the types of promotional mix used for SN Laundry businesses. Practical work analysis uses promotion mix theory, namely promotion from advertising, individual sales, and sales promotion. How important is the sales strategy for SN Laundry by looking at the conditions of each competition in the current laundry service in the city of Batam Judging from the characteristics of research problems into applied research that is the results can be applied to solve problems. This method is done during practical work at SN Laundry for three months. The methods used in carrying out practical work are observation, interviews, design directly to the owner of the laundry The conclusion from the research conducted is the need for SN Laundry to improve the existing promotional mix in order to increase the company's sales and be more competitive with other distributors.
