Abstract

Penulis menentukan Permata Home Bakery sebagai objek pelaksanaan kerja praktik. Penulis bermaksud untuk mengatasi masalah pencatatan sistem akuntansi yang terjadi pada Permata Home Bakery dimana pencatatan yang dilakulan belum efektif dan dikategorikan masih sangat sederhana. Hal ini mengakibatkan pemilik Permata Home Bakery kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi tentang kondisi keuangan serta kinerjanya dalam usaha bisnis yang dilakukan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dari September 2019 s.d Januari 2020. Penulis menggendalikan hal-hal yang menjadi kendala dalam pencatatan akuntansi pada Permata Home Bakery dengan menciptakan sistem akuntansi yang didesain dengan menggunakan sistem operasi Microsoft Access 2013. Dalam berbagai kesempatan dimanfaatkan penulis untuk mewawancarai pemilik usaha serta mengobservasi Permata Home Bakery. Dari informasi yang berhasil didapatkan, penulis menyusun gambaraan luaran proyek dari kegiatan ini. Pengimplementasian sistem ke dalam operasional usaha memberikan pengaruh positif sebab sistem yang didesain sangat membantu pemilik usaha dalam melakukan pencatatan setiap transaksi dimana menjadi lebih tertata. Laporan yang dihasilkan dari sistem sangat menunjang dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efisien serta efektif. ********************************************************************** The author chose Permata Home Bakery as the object of the implementation of the research. The author intended to resolve the problem of accounting recording system in Permata Home Bakery where the recording system has not been effective and categorized as still modest. It distressed the owners of Permata Home Bakery to obtain the information regarding the financial situation together with the business performance. This activity has been carried out from September 2019 throughout January 2020. The author managed the obstacles that Permata Home Bakery faced by designing an accounting system using the system operation of Microsoft Access 2013. Various opportunities has been used by the author to interview the owners as well as to observe Permata Home Bakery. Based on the information that has been successfully obtained, the author would compile a description of the project outputs from the activity. Implementing the system into the business operations gave out positive feedbacks because the designation of the system aided the business owners by recording every transactions in more organized way. The reports generated from the system are very useful in making decisions more efficiently and effectively.
