Abstract

Tujuan dari dibuatnya laporan kerja praktek yang dilakukan oleh penulis agar PT. KOH BROTHERS INDONESIA memeunhi kewajiban sebagai Penanam Modal Asing (PMA) untuk melaporkan hasil kegiatan dari penanaman modal yang telah diatur berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 25 Tahun 2007 tentang Penanaman Modal dan Peraturan ketua BKPM No. 17 Tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman dan Tata Cara Pengendalian Pelaksanaan Penanaman Modal. Manfaat dari dilakukanya pelaporan kegiatan penanaman modal agar PT. KOH BROTHERS INDONESIA terhindar dari sanksi administratif yang bersifat merugikan. Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal (LKPM) juga berfungsi sebagai fungsi pemantauan oleh pemerintah untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi perkembangan pelaksaan penanaman modal yang telah mendapatkan perizinan penanaman modal. Metode yang diterapkan penulis dalam laporan kerja praktek ini adalah metode normatif empiris, dimana penulis berfokus kepada data sekunder namun tetap menggunakan data primer sebagai sumber data penelitian. Tahap-tahap dalam kerja praktek ini terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) yang dimulai dengan tahap pra pelaksanaan yang meliputi suvei tempat dilakukan kerja praktek, tahap pada saat pelaksanaan, penulis mengumpulkan data-data awal hingga tahapan setelah pelaksaan dimana penulis melampirkan output atau luaran dari program kerja praktek. Kerja praktek ini menghasilkan Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal PT. KOH BROTHERS INDONESIA kepada Badan Koordinasi Kegiatan Penanaman Modal (BKPM). ********************************************************************** The purpose of making reports on practical work carried out by the author so that PT. KOH BROTHERS INDONESIA fulfills its obligation as a Foreign Investor to report on the results of activities from investments that have been regulated under Law No. 25 of 2007 concerning Investment and Regulation of the Chairman of BKPM No. 17 of 2015 concerning Guidelines and Procedures for Controlling Investment Implementation. The benefits of doing investment reporting activities so that PT. KOH BROTHERS INDONESIA is protected from adverse administrative sanctions. The Investment Activity Report also functions as a monitoring function by the government to monitor and evaluate the progress of the implementation of investments that have obtained investment permits. The method applied by the author in this practical work report is an empirical normative method, where the writer focuses on secondary data but still uses primary data as a source of research data. The stages in this practical work are divided into 3 (three) starting with the pre-implementation stage which includes the survey where the practical work is carried out, the stage at the time of implementation, the writer collects preliminary data to the stage after implementation where the authors attach the output or output from the program practical work. This practical work produces the Investment Activity Report of PT. KOH BROTHERS INDONESIA to the Investment Coordinating Board.
