Abstract

Proyek kerja praktek dilaksanakan untuk membantu memecahkan persoalan yang terjadi pada Hose Laundry terhadap mekanisme pengambilan keputusan yang disebabkan oleh sistem transaksi keuangan yang masih belum memadai. Melalui observasi serta wawancara, proyek ini telah menghasilkan sistem pencatatan transaksi keuangan. Proyek kerja praktek ini mulai berlangsung sejak 1 Agustus 2019 hingga selesai pada 31 Januari 2020. Perancangan sistem transaksi keuangan bertujuan mempermudah pemilik usaha dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang akurat dan tepat melalui sistem transaksi keuangan dengan basis web. Perancangan sistem ini dirangkai mulai dari kode akun, tampilan jurnal khusus dan umum, buku besar serta diakhiri dengan laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Hose Laundry. Kemudian, tahap akhir yang dilaksanakan adalah melakukan implementasi sistem pada Hose Laundry guna mencapai tujuan akhir dari proyek kerja praktek ini. Kegiatan implementasi sistem pada Hose Laundry merupakan hasil dari proyek kerja praktek. Penerapan terhadap sistem yang sudah dirancang ini telah dijalankan dengan baik oleh Hose Laundry, sehingga penyajian laporan keuangan lebih jelas dan akurat. Oleh karena itu, laporan keuangan yang disajikan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai landasan pengambilan keputusan dan pengembangan bisnis pada masa yang akan datang. ********************************************************************** Practical work project are carried out to help and solve the problems that occur in Hose Laundry of the decision making mechanism caused by the financial transaction system that is still inadequate. Through observation and interviews, this project has produced a system for recording financial transactions. This practical work project will take place from 1 August 2019 to completion on 31 January 2020. The design of financial transaction systems aims to facilitate business owners in preparing accurate and proper financial reports through a financial transaction system on a web basis. The design of this system is arranged starting from the account code, display of special and general journals, ledgers and ending with financial reports in accordance with the needs of Hose Laundry. Then, the final stage carried out is to implement the system of Hose Laundry in order to achieve the ultimate goal of this practical work project. System implementation activities in Hose Laundry are the result of practical work projects. The application of the system that has been designed has been carried out well by Hose Laundry, so that the presentation of financial statements is clearer and more accurate. Therefore, the financial statements presented can be utilized as a basis for decision making and business development in the future.
