Abstract

Proses pelaksanaan dan pengerjaan kerja praktek dilakukan mulai dari 15 September 2019 sampai dengan 15 Desember 2019 di Andini Laundry yang berlokasi di Bida Ayu Blok M No.86 Sei Beduk, Batam. Laporan keuangan yang ada di Andini Laundry tidak tercatat dengan baik dan rinci sehingga mengalami ketidakmampuan dalam menganalisa kemampuan keuangan usaha atau tidak dapat melakukan pengambilan keputusan dalam usaha. Pada proses pengerjaan laporan kerja praktek, penulis memutuskan untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang dapat mendukung kerja praktek dan sistem laporan keuangan sederhana yang dapat diterapkan oleh Andini Laundry, Andini Laundry telah berjalan selama kurang lebih 4 tahun, mulai dari tahun 2015 hingga 2019. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada usaha terkait adalah laporan keuangan yang belum terkomputerisasi. Hal lain yang ditemukan adalah sistem yang dijalankan oleh usaha terkait baik prosedur bisnis maupun keuangan bersifat kekeluargaan. Sehingga, masih ditemukannya pengeluaran yang bersifat pribadi. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah yang telah disebutkan, penulis ingin melakukan beberapa hal yang dirasa dapat mengembangkan sistem keuangan dan melakukan analisis terhadap sistem yang telah dibuat. UMKM Andini Laundry telah melakukan implementasi hasil sistem pencatatan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana yang telah dirancang oleh penulis. Adapun laporan keuangan yang dimaksud seperti laporan laba rugi, arus kas,dan neraca. ********************************************************************** Andini Laundry’s process of implementation and execution of practical work is carried out from 15 September 2019 until 15 December 2019 located at Bida Ayu Blok M No.86, Sei Beduk, Batam. Financial statements at Andini Laundry are not recorded or detailed well. Due to this, they have an inability to analyzse the financial capabilities of business and are unable to make decisions to help the business. The Author of the practical work report, collect data that can support practical work and a simple financial reporting system that can be applied by Andini Laundry, Andini Laundry has been running for 4 years, from 2015 to 2019. It seems that Andini Laundry’s major problem is that the financial statements have not been computerized. Another problem we discovered was that the existing systems also contain the family personal expenses. Based on the background of the problems that have been mentioned, the author wants to develop the financial system and conduct an analysis of the system that has been made. UMKM of Andini Laundry has implemented the results of the system in simple financial statements that have been designed by the author. The financial statements that are made are profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet.
