Abstract

Kerja praktik dilakukan penulis pada Kidsclothing.co yang menjual pakaian bayi bertujuan untuk membantu meringankan pemilik Kidsclothing.co dalam mengelola sistem keuangan yang dimiliki. Faktor yang mendukung penulis dalam mengerjakan tugas pada Kidsclothing.co adalah sebagai pembelajaran untuk penulis sendiri dalam menerapkan ilmu akuntansi yang telah dipelajari pada masa perkuliahan. Kerja praktik ini direalisasikan pada periode 1 Agustus 2019 s.d 18 Januari 2020. Dalam melaksanakan kerja praktik, penulis memanfaatkan Microsoft Office Access dalalm menciptakan sistem pada Kidsclothing.co. Pada sistem ini, penulis menghasilkan tahapan akuntansi mulai dari menginput master data, menjurnal transaksi serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan dan laporan lainnya. Permasalahan yang dirasakan pemilik dijabarkan kepada penulis dalam bentuk wawancara sehingga penulis dapat secara langsung berinteraksi dan lebih mengetahui permasalahan tersebut. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi dan pengendalian internal telah selesai dilakukan dan selanjutnya akan diaplikasikan kepada pemilik Kidsclothing.co. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini, terdapat kekurangan yang diharapkan penulis dapat menjadi bahan pembelajaran untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar tercipta sistem yang lebih sempurna lagi. ********************************************************************** Practical work done by the author at Kidsclothing.co which sells baby clothes aims to help ease the owners of Kidsclothing.co in managing their financial system. Factors that support the authors in doing the assignment at Kidsclothing.co is as learning for the writers themselves in applying the science of accounting that has been learned during lectures. This practical work was realized in the period 1 August 2019 until 18 January 2020. In carrying out practical work, the authors utilize Microsoft Office Access in creating a system on Kidsclothing.co. In this system, the author produces accounting stages starting from inputting master data, journalizing transactions and producing financial reports and other reports. The problems felt by the owner are explained to the writer in the form of an interview so that the writer can directly interact and know more about the problem. The accounting and internal control recording system has been completed and will then be applied to the owner of Kidsclothing.co. In making this system, there are deficiencies expected by the author to be a learning material for further research in order to create a more perfect system.
