Abstract

Kerja praktik dilaksanakan pada UMKM yang berlokasi di kota Batam, Davines salon. Davines memberikan jasa potong rambut dan perawatan rambut lainnya serta menjual produk kecantikan rambut seperti minyak rambut, pewarna rambut, sampo, treatment, dan lain sebagainya. Dalam menjalankan operasional sehari-hari, Davines Salon memiliki masalah dalam pencatatan keuangan karena salon belum menggunakan sistem dalam pencatatan transaksi, melainkan hanya menggunakan pencatatan sederhana dengan menggunakan buku yang menyebabkan pemilik kesulitan untuk mengakses informasi keuangan secara bulanan dan kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Proyek ini dijalankan dengan tujuan untuk membantu entitas dalam meningkatkan kualitas serta mutu dari informasi akuntansi yang didapat dengan mengembangkan sistem pencatatan akuntansi terkomputerisasi menggunakan aplikasi microsoft office acces 2016 dan mempermudah entitas dalam mengakses serta mendapatkan informasi keuangan yang telah tersusun sesuai peraturan yang berlaku. Sistem pencatatn yang disusun telah sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan Davines salon. Davines salon dapat menjalankan sistem dengan baik serta memahami arus pencatatan dan telah dapat menyajikan laporan keuangan untuk membantu pemilik dalam pengambilan keputusan. ********************************************************************** This project had been done in a small and medium-sized enterprise located in Batam, Davines Salon. Davines provides hair cut and other hair care services furthermore sells hair beauty product such as pomade, hair dye, shampoo, treatment, etc. When carrying operation, Davines salon has problem in financial records because the salon did not use accounting system in recording transaction, but only used simple records system which is using paper as the recording media. Impact of this simple recording system cause the owner have difficulties in accessing financial information ang making decision for his business. The purpose of this project is to help the enterprise to improve the quality of accounting information obtained by developing a computerized accounting recording system using Microsoft office acces 2016 application and facilitating entities in accessing and obtaining financial information that has been arranged in accourdance to applicable requlations Designed system was compiled in accordance to condition and needs of the Davines salon. Davines salon can operate the system well and also understand the flow of recording and able to provide financial report to assist owner in making decisions
