Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan Anda’s Beauty Lounge sebuah sistem akuntansi yang sederhana serta mudah digunakan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office Access. Pada awalnya, Anda’s Beauty Lounge belum pernah menggunakan sistem akuntansi untuk pencatatan transaksi dan penyusunan laporan usaha. Periode waktu pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimulai dari tanggal 1 Juli 2019 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2019. Beberapa metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data atau informasi terkait usaha seperti survei, wawancara, observasi, pembuatan sistem, dan implementasi. Sistem yang dibuat disusun berdasarkan masalah dan keperluan yang ditemukan pada Anda’s Beauty Lounge, seperti jurnal umum, laporan, internal kontrol yang sederhana untuk usahanya. Perbaikan dan improvisasi sistem dilakukan secara langsung pada saat proses implementasi sistem pada saat ditemukannya kesalahan atau kebutuhan tambahan usaha. Sistem dapat menyusun laporan keuangan berupa laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan laba rugi. Hasil dari implementasi sistem dapat dilihat dari perkembangan usaha Anda’s Beauty Lounge. Laporan keuangan yang didapatkan dari sistem dapat diandalkan, akurat, dan dapat pemilik pergunakan dalam menentukan keputusan selanjutnya untuk perkembangan usaha. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this internship research is to providing Anda’s Beauty Lounge’ with an easy to use and simple accounting system using program Microsoft Office Access. In the first place, Anda’s Beauty Lounge has never use a system for transaction recordings and reporting with basic accounting. Time length carried out in this research from 01 July 2019 until 30 November 2019. There are some methods that had been used for collection of data or information related to the business e.g. survey, observation, interview, designing, and implementation. The system was designed based on Anda’s Beauty Lounge’s problems and necessity, such as simple general journal, reports, and internal control for the business. Revision and improvement is also made in the middle of implementation process. The system can produce financial reports such as statement of financial position and statement of comprehensive income. The result can be shown by improvement in Anda’s Beauty Lounge after the implementation is done. Financial statements that are generated by the system are reliable, helpful, and accurate for the owner to decide upcoming step for the company’s development.
