Abstract

Tans Flour merupakan UMKM di Batam yang dibangun oleh Peter pada tahun 2016. Tans Flour merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang grosiran. Tans Flour menjual tepung sagu, tepung tapioka dan bubuk kopi. Saat menjalankan usahanya pemilik hanya mencatat transaksi penjualan dan transaksi pembelian, sebagai akibatnya pemilik tidak mengetahui profit yang dihasilkan. Proyek kerja praktik ini merancang sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang sederhana dan mudah dipakai dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Access untuk memecahkan permasalahan Tans Flour. Data dan informasi yang relevan untuk keperluan perancangan sistem dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan cara survei, wawancara dan observasi. Sistem dirancang dengan merujuk ke SAK-EMKM (Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro Kecil dan Menengah). Luaran dari sistem berupa media untuk input data dan pencatatan transaksi keuangan Tans Flour. Sistem menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang terdiri atas laporan posisi keuangan dan laba rugi. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi ini juga menghasilkan laporan tambahan untuk pemilik usaha yang berupa laporan piutang, hutang, persediaan dan rasio keuangan. Kata Kunci: Tans Flour, Sistem, Pencatatan, Akuntansi, SAK-EMKM. ********************************************************************** Tans Flour is a micro, small, and medium enterprise founded by Peter in 2016. Tans Flour is a wholesaler and distributor of sago flour, tapioca flour and coffee powder. The owner only records sales and purchases transactions during running this business. As the consequences, the owner doesn’t know how much profit or loss from certain period of his business. This project designed a user-friendly accounting system using Microsoft Access to solve the problems at Tans Flour. Data and relevant information are collected in advance by means of surveys, interviews and observations for system design purposes. The system is designed referring to SAK-EMKM (Small and Medium Enterprise Financial Accounting Standards). The system provides the media to input data and financial transactions. The outputs of the system are financial statements that consist of the statement of financial position and the statement of comprehensive income. This accounting system also produces additional reports, such as the list of account receivables, account payables, inventories and financial ratios.
