Abstract
Pelaksanaa Kerja Praktek ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan pelasanaan promosi pemasaran di Star Mini Market dengan menggunakan Bauran Promosi. Bauran promosi adalah sekumpulan kegiatan promosi yang melibatkan beberapa kegiatan seperti perikalnan, promosi penjualan, hubungan masyarakat, penjualan personal dan pemasaran langsung. Usaha bidang retail semakin berkembang seiring dengan semakin banyaknya barang kebutuhan masyarakat yang harus dipenuhi namun persaingan juga semakin sengit karena banyaknya gerai yang dibuka. Dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, perancangan dan implementasi. Hasil pengamatan dan wawancara dijadikan sebagai referensi untuk perancangan program promosi yang dapat menghasilkan informasi yang dapat digunakan dalam perancangan dan penerapan hasil proyek kerja praktek. Perancangan bauran promosi di Star Mini Market ini di lakukan dengan cara merancang program diskon dank upon yang dapat ditukarkan dengan berbagi hadiah untuk pelanggan setia. Kegiatan ini juga didukung dengan promosi melalui saluran digital marketing, seperti Facebook dan Instagram. ********************************************************************** Implementation of Job Practice is designed to promote and develop marketing promotion services at Star Mini Market using the Promotion Mix. A promotion mix is a collection of promotional activities involving several activities such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing. Retail business is growing along with the increasing number of community needs that must be increased but competition is also increasing because more and more outlets are opened. In the implementation of this practical work, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, design and implementation. The results of observations and interviews are taken as a reference for the design of promotional programs that can produce information that can be used in the design and application of practical work projects. The design of the promotional mix at the Star Mini Market is done by organizing a discount program that can be exchanged for sharing gifts for loyal customers. This activity is also supported by promotion through digital marketing channels, such as Facebook and Instagram.
