Abstract

Untuk dapat menghasilkan laporan finansial usaha dari penggunaan sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang telah berhasil didesain dan dibuat merupakan tujuan utama dari pembuatan dan penyusunan laporan kerja praktek ini. Kesimpulan dari sistem tersebut dinilai bisa menyediakan informasi laporan finansial yang andal dan tepat dalam memudahkan pengguna informasi laporan keuangan untuk membuat perencanaan masa depan usaha. Pembuatan sistem pencatatan akuntansi menggunakan software Microsoft Office Access. Output berupa sebuah sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang dapat digunakan untuk membentuk suatu laporan finansial usaha secara otomatis setelah dilakukan penginputan data-data pada beberapa formulir yang hasilnya dapat berguna bagi pemilik usaha. Laporan yang terbentuk oleh sistem berupa laporan penjualan dan pembelian usaha, laporan persediaan bahan baku, laporan laba rugi komprehensif dan laporan posisi keuangan. Pengaplikasian atas sistem yang sudah dihasilkan berjalan dengan lancar pada D’Taste – Mr. Steak. Hasil informasi dari laporan keuangan menjadi lebih andal, tepat, bisa meningkatkan kinerja usaha dikarenakan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat yang sesuai dengan kondisi usaha. Selain itu, D’Taste – Mr. Steak juga dapat membuat laporan keuangan yang benar dan sesuai aturan akuntansi yang telah dibuat oleh Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia, serta dapat mengerti dengan jelas bagaimana kondisi usaha yang terjadi. Pemilik dapat meningkatkan usaha agar berjalan lebih baik kedepannya dengan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih sesuai dengan kondisi usaha. ********************************************************************** To be able to produce business financial reports from the use of an accounting recording system that has been successfully designed and created is the main objective of the preparation and compilation of this practical work report. The conclusion of the system is considered to be able to provide reliable and accurate financial statement information in making it easier for users of financial statement information to make future plans for the business. Making accounting recording system is using Microsoft Office Access software. Output in the form of an accounting recoding system that can be used to form a business financial report automatically after inputting data on several forms that the results can be useful for business owners. Reports formed by the system in the form of sales and business purchases, raw material inventory reports, statements of comprehensive income and statements of financial position. The application of the system that has been generated runs smoothly on D’Taste – Mr. Steak. The results of information from financial statements become more reliable, precise, can improve business performance due to more appropriate decision making in accordance with business conditions. Apart from that, D’Taste – Mr. Steak can also make financial statements that are correct and in accordance with accounting rules that have been made by Indonesian Institute of Accountants, and can clearly understand how business conditions occur. The owner can improve the business so that it runs better in the future by making decisions that are more in line with the conditions of the business.
