Abstract

Nyantai Coffee Shop merupakan salah satu jenis usaha yang bergerak dibidang penjualan minuman dan tempat penyewaan stand makanan di Kota Batam. Nyantai Coffee Shop telah berdiri selama 2 tahun sejak 2017 di Ruko Niaga Mas Blok A No 5-7, Batam Center. Nyantai Coffee Shop belum memilki sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang cepat dan handal, sehingga sangat sulit untuk memperoleh suatu keputusan keuangan yang lebih tepat dan akurat. Kerja Pratik ini mempunyai tujuan untuk membantu Nyantai Coffee Shop menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi sekarang. Kegiatan observasi dan wawancara secara langsung merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam kerja praktik ini. Pembuatan sistem akuntansi untuk Nyantai Coffee Shop memakai perangkat lunak Microsoft Office Access. Sistem akuntansi yang dibuat dimulai dari penginputan daftar akun dan transaksi menggunakan form hingga hasil output yang berupa laporan keuangan dan operasional lainnya. Hasil sistem diimplementasikan pada Nyantai Coffee Shop dan menunjukkan hasil yang cukup memuaskan. Berbagai kekurangan sistem dilakukan penyempurnaan dan perbaikan untuk menyesuaikan kondisi yang saat ini. Sistem dapat menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang lebih baik, serta laporan persediaan bahan baku yang dapat menjelaskan alur masuk dan keluar barang dengan jelas. Diharapkan sistem akan mengalami perubahan yang lebih baik untuk penyesuaian kondisi usaha di masa yang akan datang. ********************************************************************** Nyantai Coffee Shop is one type of business engaged in the sale of drinks and rental venues stand food in city of Batam. Nyantai Coffee Shop has been established for 2 years since 2017 in Ruko Niaga Mas Blok A No 5-7, Batam Center. Nyantai Coffee Shop does not have a accounting system that is fast and reliable, so it is very difficult to obtain a financial decision that is more precise and accurate. This practical work has the aim to help Nyantai Coffee Shop solve the problems faced now. Direct observation and interview activities are the methods used in this practical work. Making an accounting system for Nyantai Coffee Shop is using Microsoft Office Access software. The accounting system created starts from the input of a list of accounts and transactions using forms to results output in financial and other operational reports. The system results are implemented at Nyantai Coffee Shop and show satisfactory results. Various system deficiencies were carried out improvements and improvements to adjust the current conditions. The system can produce better financial reports, as well as raw material inventory reports that can explain the flow of goods in and out clearly. It is expected that the system will experience better changes to adjust business conditions in the future.
