Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya kerja praktik adalah untuk memberikan alternatif bagi Toko B&W Collection yang masih menerapkan metode manual dalam pencatatan akuntansi. Alternatif yang diberikan kepada Toko B&W Collection yaitu memperkenalkan sistem akuntansi terkomputerisasi kepada toko agar mempermudah dalam pencatatan transaksi. Proyek kerja praktik berlangsung pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2019 hingga 10 November 2019. Sistem yang dirancangkan pada aplikasi Microsoft Access mempunyai fitur-fitur yang bermanfaat bagi pengguna untuk mendokumentasi transaksi keuangan yang terjadi sehari-hari. Sistem tersebut dicanangkan berdasarkan standar akuntansi yang berlaku dalam SAK EMKM. Fitur yang terdapat dalam sistem berupa formulir digunakan mencatat berbagai jenis transaksi seperti jurnal umum, penjualan, pembelian, pembayaran utang dan piutang. Infomasi transaksi yang telah dicantumkan dalam sistem dapat secara langsung mengolah laporan yang dapat mencerminkan kondisi keuangan harian dan bulanan usahanya. Laporan keuangan yang dapat diolah oleh sistem berupa: laporan laba/rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, laporan neraca saldo, laporan perubahan ekuitas, buku besar, laporan utang dan piutang, laporan penjualan dan pembelian, dan laporan persediaan. Penerapan sistem yang terkomputerisasi membantu mengelola semua transaksi operasi bisnis dalam satu sistem. Akuntansi terkomputerisasi dapat mengelola catatan keuangan secara terus menerus dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan kapan saja. Perangkat lunak akuntansi memusatkan aspek keuangan bisnis sehingga mampu memperoleh gambaran jelas mengenai aset, liabilitas, pendapatan, biaya, dan ekuitas. Laporan yang diintegrasi dalam sistem bersifat realtime dan komprehensif sehingga pengguna B&W Collection dapat memastikan akses ke informasi seperti persediaan dengan lengkap dan secara instan. ********************************************************************** The purpose of the work is to provide an alternative for B&W Collection that still apply manual methods in accounting records. An alternative given to the B&W Collection is to introduce a computerized accounting system to the store to make it easy to record transactions. The practical work project takes place from 1 August 2019 to 10 November 2019. The system designed in the Microsoft Access application has useful features for users to document financial transactions that are carried out daily. This system is reserved based on accounting standards applicable to SAK EMKM. The features in the system consist of forms used to contain various types of transactions such as general journals, sales, purchases, payments and receivables. Transaction information that has been included in the system can be accessed directly by processing reports to determine the daily and monthly financial condition of the business. The financial statements that can be processed by the system consists of profit/loss statements, financial position statements, trial balance, statements of changes in equity, general ledgers, account payable and receivables report, sales and purchases reports, and inventory report. The implementation of a computerized system helps all business operations transactions in one system. Computerized accounting can make financial records continuously and produce financial reports at any time. Accounting software focuses on the financial aspects of a business so that it is able to obtain a clear picture of assets, liabilities, income, costs and equity. Integrated reports in real-time and comprehensive that can ensure B&W Collection users access to information such as inventory completely and instantly.
