Abstract

Peneliti melakukan kegiatan kerja praktik dalam rangka menyelesaikan pokok masalah yang terjadi pada Toko Bike Point tentang pembukuan keuangan. Pembukuan yang selama ini dibuat oleh Toko Bike Point masih mengacu pada pembukuan manual atau bisa dikatakan bahwa pemilik melakukan pembukuan dengan metodenya sendiri. Hal ini membuat pemilik memiliki keraguan dalam hatinya apakah transaksi dan metode yang dibuat selama ini sudah tepat dan efisien dikarenakan ada beberapa kendala yang tidak dapat dikendalikan ataupun hal-hal yang tidak dapat terlihat oleh pemilik selama ini. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama masa kerja praktek yaitu melakukan observasi, wawancara, perancangan, simulasi, dan implementasi. Desain sistem yang dirancang menggunakan program berbasis microsoft access 2010 dalam pembuatan sistem pencatatan akuntansi pada Toko Bike Point. Sistem tersebut dirancang sesuai dengan kondisi yang diperlukan oleh Toko Bike Point dan pencatatan akuntansinya juga telah disesuaikan dengan standar pencatatan akuntansi yang berlaku, yaitu berdasarkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan untuk Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik (SAK-ETAP). Kerja praktik ini dilakukan untuk dapat menghasilkan sebuah laporan keuangan yang dibantu dengan sistem pencatatan akuntansi. Sitem tersebut diharapkan dapat digunakan dengan baik (mudah) dan pecatatan transaksi berjalan secara sistematis. Hasil dari kerja praktek menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan sangat memuaskan. Hal ini terlihat dari implementasi yang dilakukan telah berjalan dengan lancar tanpa ada kendala dan pemilik telah dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dengan memiliki laporan keuangan yang relavan dan akurat sehingga mampu membantu pemilik dalam membuat keputusan yang tepat. ********************************************************************** Researchers perform practical work activities in order to solve the subject matter of the Bike Point store on financial books. Bookkeeping that was made by Toko Bike Point still refers to manual bookkeeping or it can be said that the owner is bookkeeping with his own methods. This makes the owner have doubts in his heart whether the transaction and method made so far is precise and efficient because there are some constraints that can not be controlled by the owner so far. The activities undertaken during the practice work are observing, interviews, designing, simulation, and implementation. System design designed using Microsoft Access 2010-based programs in the creation of an accounting logging system on the Bike Point store. The system is designed in accordance with the conditions required by the Bike Point store and its accounting records have also been adjusted to the applicable accountancy standards, which are based on the financial accounting standards for entities without Public Accountability (SAK-ETAP). This work of practice is to be able to produce a financial report that is assisted by the accounting recording system. The system is expected to be used properly (easily) and the transaction logs run systematically. The result of practical work shows positive results and is very satisfying. This is seen from the implementation that has been running smoothly without any constraints and the owner has been able to overcome the problems faced by having a relevant and accurate financial statements so as to help the owner in making the right decision
