Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktik ini memiliki fungsi untuk merancang sistem, menyusun sistem pada perusahaan yang disebut sebagai Rejuv-A (Facial Treatment & Massage). Rejuv-A bertempat di Komplek ruko Nagoya Hill Block R3 No J12, Batam. Jadwal pada pelaksanaan ini dilakukan sejak pada tanggal 1 April 2019 hingga 31 Agustus 2019. Pelaksanaan ini bertujuan untuk agar memudahkan pemilik usaha dalam pengambilan suatu pendapat sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Penyediaan rancangan suatu sistem dan penyusunan pencatatan akuntansi merupakan salah satu tujuan dari penelitian melalui pelaksanaan kerja praktik ini. Rancangan yang akan di hasilkan dari penelitian ini berupa program dari perangkat lunak yang disebut microsoft office access. Salah satu keuntungan dari perancangan ini adalah pemilik tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya yang tinggi untuk mendapatkan atau menghasilkan sistem. Dalam proses akan dilakukannya perancangan pada sistem dilakukakan pengumpulan data kepada bagian pemilik usaha Rejuv-A (Facial Treatment & Massage). Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti melakukan metode seperti survei, observasi, dan melakukan wawancara untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi data. Setelah semua informasi telah didapatkan maka peneliti melakukan perancangan terhadap sistem yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak perusahaan. ********************************************************************** In this implementation of practical work has a function to design a systems, and to develop a systems in the company of Rejuv-A (Facial Treatment & Massage). The location of Rejuv-A is at the Nagoya Hill Block R3 shop complex No. J12, Batam. The schedule of this implementation is take from April 1st, 2019 to August 31st, 2019. This implementation aims to facilitate business owners in taking an opinion in accordance with company objectives. Provision of a system design and preparation of accounting records is one of the goals of research through the implementation of this practical work. The design that will be produced from this research is in the form of a software program called Microsoft Office Access. One of the advantages of this design is that the owner does not need to pay a lot of money to get or produce a system. In the process of doing the design on the system data collection will be carried out to the business owner of the Rejuv-A (Facial Treatment & Massage). In this process of collecting some data, researchers conducted methods such as surveys, observations, and interviews to obtain data information from the owner. After all the information has been obtained, the researchers conducted a design of the system needed by the company.
