Abstract

Kerja pratik ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam sistem pencatatan akuntansi pada Toko Volutech. Pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang dilakukan Toko Volutech masih sederhana sehingga tidak dapat menyajikan laporan keuangan pada periode tertentu. Sebagai akibatnya, maka Toko Volutech tidak dapat menentukan kebijakan yang lebih baik untuk masa depan perusahaan. Perancangan sistem akuntansi berbasis program Microsoft Office Access dan standar berefektif (SAK EMKM). Hasil luaran dari kerja praktik ini berupa formulir, daftar akun, daftar aset tetap, daftar persediaan, jurnal umum dan penyesuaian, laporan laba rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan, laporan piutang, laporan utang dan laporan akhir persediaan. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang dirancang sesuai kebutuhan Toko Volutech telah diimplementasi dengan baik. Pemilik usaha mampu menggunakan sistem pencatatan akuntansi dan menggunakan laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan untuk mengambil keputusan yang lebih baik bagi usaha ke depannya. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this project is to overcome the problems in the accounting recording system of Toko Volutech. Toko Volutech used simple method to record transactions so it cannot present financial reports for a certain period. Therefore, Toko Volutech cannot make better decisions for the company’s future. The accounting recording system is designed using the Microsoft Office Access program. Program preparation is adjusted to applicable accounting standards (SAK EMKM). The outputs of this project are in the form, list of accounts, list of assets, inventory list, general journals and adjustments, statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss, sales and purchase report, trade receivable report, trade payable report and inventory report. The conclusion, the design of the accounting records system that is appropriate for Toko Volutech has been implemented correctly. At this time the user has been able to input transactions that occur and produce the company’s financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standard guidelines. The resulting financial statements can help the owner to make business decisions in the future.
