Abstract

I Love Soyaku adalah salah satu dari sekian banyak UMKM di kota Batam. Sejak tahun 2013, I Love Soyaku belum memiliki pencatatan akuntansi yang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Pada tanggal 22 April 2019 sampai dengan 10 Februari 2019 merupakan periode kerja praktek, dengan tujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasahalan yang dihadapi oleh usaha I Love Soyaku salah satunya dalam mengambil keputusan untuk perluasan usaha yang dimikinya disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan dalam sistem pencatatan akuntansi. Salah satu perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan adalah Microsoft Office Access untuk merancang sistem akuntansi dengan membuat tampilan yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami untuk digunakan. Langkah awal yang digunakan dalam kerja praktek yaitu melakukan wawancara terhadap pemilik dan melaksanakan peninjauan atau observasi terhadap usaha yang diteliti, kedua langkah tersebut digunakan untuk memahami dan mempelajari tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan oprasional usaha agar sistem yang dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna sistem. Perancangan sistem ini dimulai dengan menentukan daftar akun, persediaan barang, form, aset tetap yang dibuat untuk memperlancar proses memasukan data transaksi baik pembelian, penjualan maupun laporan labarugi, laporan posisi keuangan, laporan pembelian dan penjualan, neraca saldo serta laporan persediaan barang. Kesimpulan dari keseluruhan ini adalah merancang sistem pencatatan akuntansi sesuai dengan kebutuhan I Love Soyaku agar dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik. Saat ini I Love Soyaku sudah melakukan pengisian data transaksi keuangan serta menerbitkan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Dengan adanya laporan keuangan yang telah diterbitkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalaahn dan mendukungadalam pengambilan keputusan untuk memperluas atau perkembangan usaha I Love Soyaku. ********************************************************************** I Love Soyaku is the one of the example entity in Batam. Sine 2013 this buseness hasn’t had the correct accounting records in accordance with applicable regulations. On 22nd April 2018 to 10th February 2019, it was a period of practical work, with the purpose of resolving the problem which experienced by the I Love Soyaku. One of them in making decision for business expansion was caused by a lack of knowledge in the accounting recording system Microsoft office access is one of software used to design accounting system by making display that are simple and easier to understand to use. two steps used in practical work is conducting interviews with the owner and review or observation the business. This two steps are used to understand and learn about the implementation of business operational activities so that the system is mace according to the needs of users. The design of this system begins by determining the list of accounts, inventory, forms, and fixed assets that are made to facilitate the process for purchase, sales, of profit or loss, purchase and sales reports, invent reports and trial balance. The conclusion all of this is to design a system of accounting records according to needs of I Love Soyaku so they can be implemented properly. At present I Love Soyaku has been able to records all transaction and generated the financial statement according with the accounting standards. The financial statements can resolve problem and support in making decision to expand or develop business I Love Soyaku.
