Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi masalah pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan pada depot air Sumber Tirto. Depot air Sumber Tirto tidak memiliki sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan yang efektif dan efisien, sehingga tidak terciptannya laporan keuangan yang andal dan akurat untuk pengambilan keputusan. Karena itu penulis ingin membantu pemilik usaha depot air untuk merancang sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang lebih baik. Perancangan sistem pencatatan akuntansi menggunakan program Microsoft Office Access. Sistem yang dirancang oleh penulis sudah sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku yaitu SAK-ETAP. Dalam hal ini luaran yang dihasilkan pada proyek kerja praktik ini adalah daftar akun, aktiva tetap, daftar pelanggan, pemasok, kartu persediaan dan jurnal pembelian, penjualan, penerimaan kas, pengeluaran kas, jurnal umum, dan menghasilkan sebuah laporan keuangan yaitu laporan laba rugi, laporan posisi keuangan serta laporan pendukung seperti laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan, laporan penerimaan kas, laporan pengeluran kas. Sistem yang dirancang telah diterapkan oleh depot air Sumber Tirto dengan baik. Informasi yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih akurat dan andal sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas usaha dan dapat menjamin keakuratan data, serta pemilik usaha dapat mengambil keputusan lebih cepat dan tepat. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this study is to overcome the problem of financial recording and reporting at the Sumber Tirto water depot. Sumber Tirto's water depot does not have an effective and efficient recording and reporting system, so that reliable and accurate financial statements are not created for decision making. Therefore the author wants to help business owners of water depots to design a better accounting record system. The design of an accounting recording system uses the Microsoft Office Access program. The system designed by the author is in accordance with the applicable accounting standards, namely SAK-ETAP. In this case the output produced in this practical work project is a list of accounts, fixed assets, customer lists, suppliers, inventory cards and purchase journals, sales, cash receipts, cash disbursements, general journals, and produce a financial statement, namely income statement, financial position reports and supporting reports such as purchase reports, sales reports, cash receipt reports, cash disbursement reports. The system designed has been implemented by the Sumber Tirto water depot properly. The resulting information is more accurate and reliable so that it can improve business effectiveness and can guarantee data accuracy, and business owners can make decisions faster and more accurately.
