Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi yang semakin canggih tingkat keakuratan dan ketepatan suatu informasi yang dihasilkan bagi UMKM sangatlah penting dalam pengambilan sebuah keputusan untuk kelangsungan suatu usaha. Oleh karena itu, kerja praktik ini diharapkan dapat meringankan kesulitan Cici Laundry dalam melewati permasalahan yang dihadapi. Kerja praktik ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan solusi dalam menangani kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam melakukan analisis keuangan dan pembukuan, dikarenakan belum adanya sistem pencatatan akuntansi. Cici Laundry hanya melakukan pendataan transaksi harian dengan sistem pencatatan yang manual sehingga tidak dapat menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang benar dan akurat. Pemilik usaha juga tidak dapat memastikan keutungan serta kerugian yang dialami. Masalah tersebut diatasi dengan merancang sebuah sistem pencatatan akutansi berbasis Microsoft Office Access 2010, serta dapat mewujudkan laporan keuangan yang benar dan akurat untuk pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kondisi Cici Laundry setelah implementasi adalah menghasilkan informasi keuangan yang benar dan akurat. Aspek yang perlu ditindaklanjuti antara lain dengan memperbarui sistem dalam periode tertentu ,sehingga pemilik usaha dapat membuat laporan keuangan yang lengkap, benar, dan akurat. ********************************************************************** As the development of technology is increasingly sophisticated the level of accurateness and accuracy of the information generated for UMKM very important in making a decision for the continuity of a business. Therefore, this practical work is expected can alleviate difficulties Cici Laundry in passing the problems faced. This practical work was carried out in one of the UMKM in Batam, namely the Cici Laundry with by having a goal to provide solution to handle the difficulties faced in carrying out financial analysis and book keeping, because of the absence of the an accounting system. The Cici Laundry just keeping data collection with a manuals recording system so they connot produce correct and accurate financial reports. Business owners also cannot ensure the benefits and losses experienced. This problem is overcome by designing an accounting recording system based on Microsoft Office Access 2010, and can produce correct and accurate financial statement for consideration in decision making. Condition of Cici Laundry after implementation is able to provide correct and accurate financial information. Aspects that need to be followed up include updating the system within a certain period, so the business owner can realize the financial reports that are complete, correct, and accurate.
