Abstract
Bucket Coffee Batam saat ini memerlukan sebuah media promosi berbasis multimedia sebagai upaya peningkatan nilai jual dan lebih dikenal banyak oleh masyarakat luas dengan mengharapkan peningkatan pada pendapatan dan memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan melalui video sebagai media promosi. Implementasi video sebagai media promosi melalui media sosial Facebook ini yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang mengharuskan untuk membuat daftar pertanyaan untuk ditanyakan kepada narasumber. Perancangan ini menghasilkan sebuah produk multimedia berupa video promosi berdurasi 2 menit 51 detik yang mempresentasikan jenis dan bentuk kopi yang ditawarkan oleh Bucket Coffee Batam, tujuannya lebih dikenal oleh pelanggan dan masyarakat luas untuk meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan dan memenuhi keinginan dari pelanggan. Hasil dari perancangan dan implementasi video sebagai media promosi ini diharapkan menjadi acuan ataupun tolak ukur dalam pengembangan video selanjutnya. ********************************************************************** Bucket Coffee Batam currently requires a multimedia-based promotional media as an effort to increase selling value and is better known by the wider community by expecting an increase in revenue and meeting customer needs through video as a promotional medium. The implementation of video as a promotional media through Facebook social media that uses data collection techniques through interviews, and documentation that requires to make a list of questions to be asked to the speakers. This design resulted in a multimedia product in the form of a promotional video with a duration of 2 minutes 51 seconds which presented the type and shape of coffee offered by Bucket Coffee Batam, the purpose of which is better known to customers and the wider community to increase company income and fulfill customer desires. The results of the design and implementation of the video as a promotional media are expected to be a benchmark or benchmark in the development of the next video.
