Abstract
Manajemen waktu bagian dari manajemenproyek merupakan suatu ilmu yang mengaturketerampilan personal dan manajerial yang memperkirakan tujuan yang akan dicapai melaluiunsur-unsur didalamnya. Didalam manajemen waktuterdapat salah satu metode yaitu metode yang dipakaiadalah metode Network Planning. Network planning adalah diagram proyek yang digunakan untukmerencanakan penjadwalan untuk pembagian waktupada aktivitas proyek untuk mengawasi kegiatanproyek yang biasanya diterapan pada proyek yang besar. Didalam metode Network planning terdapatmetode CPM. Metode CPM berfungsi untukmenggambarkan proyek dalam bentuk jaringan untukmemantau alur pekerjaan pada proyek. Metode initerdapat dua alur yaitu alur Forward dan alurBacward. Alur ini berfungsi untuk menghitung jumlahjalur kritis didalam proyek yang mana alur Forward berfungsi untuk menghitung alur maju proyek dan alurBackward berfungsi untuk menghitung alur mundurproyek. Hasil dari perhitungan forward ini yang dipilihdari hasil pekerjaan tertinggi yaitu 74 minggu danhasil dari perhitungan alur backward ini adalah 0. ********************************************************************** Time management part of project management is a science that regulates personal and managerial skills that predict goals to be achieved through the elements in it. In time management there is one method, the method used is the Network Planning method. Network planning is a project diagram used to plan scheduling for the division of time in project activities to oversee project activities that are usually applied to large projects. ?In the Network planning method there is the CPM method. CPM method serves to describe the project in the form of a network to monitor the workflow on the project. This method consists of two channels, namely the Forward and Bacward grooves. This flow serves to count the number of critical paths in the project where the Forward flow functions to calculate the project forward flow and Backward flow functions to calculate the project backward flow. The results of this forward calculation are chosen from the highest work result which is 74 weeks and the result of this backward flow calculation is 0.
