Abstract
Kerja Praktek ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada Hotel Agung dalam melakukan sistem pemasaran yang efektif untuk Hotel Agung. Permasalahan tersebut disebabkan karena tidak adanya sistem pemasaran yang efektif yang mampu meningkatkan penjulan kamar hotel. Kegiatan peraktek ini dilakukan mulai dari 01 Mei 2018 hingga 01 November 2018. Metode terkait pengumpulan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah survei, observasi dan wawancara terhadap para pelaku usaha. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan kerja peraktek ini adalah berupa penerapan sistem pemasaran sales promotion dan direct marketing yaitu dengan bekerjasama dengan pihak agen perjalanan Traveloka dan membuat akun sosial media Instagram. Sistem pemasaran tersebut dibuat casual dengan kebutuhan Hotel Agung. Setelah dilakukan proses pelatihan secara bertahap, luaran proyek kemudian diimplementasikan dengan baik pada Hotel Agung. Sistem pemasaran yang dihasilkan kemudian dijadikan sebagai bahan analisis kinerja perusahaan. Setelah sistem pemasaran di terapkan penulis menganalisis hal yang harus diperbaiki lagi Hotel Agung, yaitu untuk mcmperbaiki fasilitas hotel dan memrenovasi hotel agar tampilan nya lebih menarik untuk calon konsumen. Selain itu, pihak Hotel Agung juga bekerja sama dengan para supir taxi agar mereka membantu mempromosikan kamar Hotel kepada para tamu mereka, sebagai imbalannya, para supir taxi akan mendapat sejumlah uang sesuai yang sudah disepakati. ********************************************************************** This Job practice purpose is to overcome issues that happen in Hotel Agung in completing a powerful promoting framework for Agung Hotels. These issues are caused by the absence of a compelling promoting framework of a marketing systems that can expand the closeout of hotel room sales. The yield produced from this action is the execution of a business advancement and direct showcasing promoting framework, specifically by working together with Traveloka travel specialists and making Instagram internet based life accounts. The advertising framework was made easygoing with the requirements of the Agung Hotel. After the preparation procedure is completed in stages, the undertaking yield is then executed appropriately at the Agung Hotel. The subsequent advertising framework is then utilized as an investigation of organization execution. After the advertising framework is connected, the essayist examines the things that must be enhanced again by Agung Hotel, to be specific to enhance lodging offices and improve inns with the goal that their appearance is increasingly alluring to potential clients.
