Abstract

Kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk memberikan mahasiswa pengetahuan tentang dunia konstruksi, karena terdapat perbedaan antara praktek lapangan dan teori yang dipelajari selama perkuliahan. Kerja praktek juga merupakan tugas wajib bagi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan jenjang Strata-1 (S-1) Program Studi Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan, Universitas Internasional Batam. Proyek pembangunan perumahan Winner Flower House yang dikembangkan oleh PT. Winner Nusantara Jaya sebagai developer. Winner Flower House akan digunakan sebagai rumah tinggal, ruko dan juga apartment, serta memiliki fasilitas seperti club house dan juga kolam renang. Saya selaku pelaksana kerja praktek akan membahas tentang time schedule pada proses pembangunan proyek ini dimulai dari tahap perencanaan hingga pada tahap pembangunan. Yang berisikan tentang network planning, bar chart dan kurva s sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to provide students with knowledge of the world of construction, because there are differences between field practice and theories learned during lectures. Practical work is also a mandatory task for students in completing the Undergraduate (S-1) level of the Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Batam International University. The Winner Flower House housing development project developed by PT. Winner Nusantara Jaya as a developer. Winner Flower House will be used as a residence, shop house and apartment, and has facilities such as a club house and swimming pool. I, as the executor of the practical work, will discuss the time schedule in this development process, starting from development planning to development. Contains network planning, bar charts and s curves in accordance with applicable regulations in Indonesia.
