Abstract

Dalam kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan memahami bagaimana cara penerapan management waktu terhadap metode kurva s pada proses pembangunan ruko Papa Mama Residence. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek dilaksanakan selama periode 04 Maret 2019 sampai dengan 04 Juni 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini yaitu observasi, interview, dan analisa proses pembuatannya Kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini memberikan pengalaman kepada penulis mengenai sistem dan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan lapangan dalam proyek konstruksi. Selama Kerja Praktek penulis dapat mengetahui tentang bagaimana cara dalam membuat metode kurva S yang di implementasikan ke lapangan secara langsung serta meliat kendala-kendala yang ada saat itu. Berdasarkan analisa yang penulis lakukan serta pemantauan langsun ke lapangan, penulis meliat bagaimana sisitem management ini di terapkan. Sehingga proyek pembangunan ruko Papa Mama Residance berjalan dengan lancar hingga tahap akhir proses proyek tersebut. Kata kunci : analisa, Ruko Papa Mama Residence, Kurva S ********************************************************************** This internship program aims to analyze and understand how to apply time management using the S curve method in the construction process of Papa Mama Residence buildings. Internship program activities are carried out from March 4, 2019 to June 4, 2019. The method used in this internship program activity are observation, interview, and manufacturing process analysis. This internship program activity provides experience to the author regarding the system and method of carrying out field work in a construction project. During the internship program, the writer can find out about how to make the S curve method which is implemented directly in the construction process and observe the obstacles that exist during the construction. Based on the analysis conducted by the author and direct monitoring in the construction area, the author observed at how this management system was applied.
