Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini, tujuan dari penulis adalah untuk mendapatkan ilmu pengentahuan dan pengalaman di pengendalian pengadaan material, komunikasi dengan rekan-rekan kerja, serta sebagai salah satu syarat bagi mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan gelar sarjana (S-1). Kondisi lapangan di proyek Devely Residence sekarang ini adalah berada pada tahap pembangunan rumah tipe 30 dengan dukungan subsidi dari pemerintah. Selama Pelaksanaan kerja praktek berlangsung penulis menggunakan data-data yang diperoleh dengan secara langsung berhubungan dalam pengendalian material. sebagai data untuk penyusunan laporan kerja praktek penulis dengan topik pengendalian dan pengadaan material berkualitas pada pembangunan proyek Devely residence tersebut. Kemudian dilakukan analisa terhadap pengendalian material berkualitas pada proyek mulai dari pembelian, penerimaan dan penyimpanan material. ********************************************************************** In implementing this practical work, the purpose of the writer is to get knowledge and experience in procuring material procurement, communication with colleagues, and one of the requirements for students to get a bachelor's degree (S-1). The field condition at the Devely Residence project is currently located in the type 30 housing construction area with the support of subsidies from the government. During the implementation of practical work is being carried out the author uses the data obtained by directly related to controlling the material. as data to prepare a report on the practical work of the author with the topic of control and procurement of quality materials at the construction of the Devely residence project. Then an evaluation of the quality control material is carried out on the project starting from purchasing, receiving and storing materials.
