Abstract
Kerja Praktek adalah salah satu media untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu yang didapat di perguruan tinggi. Dengan kerja praktek itu diharapkan menjadi pengalaman dan persiapan tersendiri bagi seseorang sebelum masuk langsung ke dunia konstruksi. Penulis telah melakukan kerja praktek di Batam, Proyek Fly Over Simpang Jam pada 23 Januari 2017 hingga 22 April 2017. Di Indonesia ada pengembangan infrastruktur yang sedang berlangsung di berbagai daerah untuk menghubungkan dua atau lebih daerah dengan fasilitas yang memadai dan baik. Di daerah padat penduduk dan padat bangunan, sebagian besar jalan yang dibangun adalah jembatan layang. Box Girder adalah jembatan dimana struktur jembatan terdiri dari balok-balok pendukung utama dalam bentuk kotak berlubang. Box Girder biasanya terdiri dari elemen beton pra-tekan, baja struktural, atau komposit baja dan beton bertulang. Dalam laporan kerja praktek ini, kita akan membahas konstruksi Kotak Girder menggunakan metode bekisting wisatawan mulai dari perakitan, pemasangan, dan pengecoran penumpang. ********************************************************************** Job Training is one of the media to apply the knowledge gained in college. With practical work it is expected to be a separate experience and preparation for someone before going directly into the world of construction. The author has done practical work in Batam, Simpang Jam Fly Over Project on January 23, 2017 to April 22, 2017. In Indonesia there is ongoing infrastructure development in various regions to connect two or more regions with adequate and good facilities. In densely populated and building-intensive areas, most of the roads built are flyover bridges. Box Girder is a bridge where the structure of the bridge consists of the main supporting blocks in the form of a hollow box. Box Girder usually consists of pre stressed concrete elements, structural steel, or steel composites and reinforced concrete. In this practical work report, we will discuss the construction of a Girder Box using the traveler formwork method starting from traveler assembly, installation and casting.
