Abstract
Kerja praktek dilaksanakan di toko Aroma Indah Regency yang berlokasi di Komplek Nagoya Point Blok D No.12, Batam. Kegiatan kerja praktek berlangsung dari bulan Juni hingga bulan Oktober. Kegiatan kerja praktek di toko Aroma Indah Regency memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan usaha dan daya saing usaha toko Aroma Indah Regency. Dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek di toko Aroma Indah Regency, digunakan metode penelitian berupa wawancara, observasi dan penyusunan strategi marketing mix. Dari pelaksanaan wawancara dan observasi pada toko Aroma Indah Regency ditemukan beberapa masalah yang terjadi pada toko Aroma. Dimana toko Aroma belum pernah melakukan promosi dan hanya menggunakan sistem pemasaran yang sederhana saat ini. Maka dari itu penulis membuat rancangan marketing mix berdasarkan 4p dan meningkatan rancangan promosi pada toko Aroma Indah Regency melalui media sosial dan brosur. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penerapan marketing mix pada toko Aroma Indah Regency adalah banyak masyarakat yang telah mengetahui toko Aroma dan adanya peningkatan pendapatan pada toko. ********************************************************************** Practical work carried out at the Aroma Indah Regency store is located in Komplek Nagoya Point Blok D No.12, Batam. Practical work activities start from June to October. Practical work activities at Aroma Indah Regency store aims to increase business revenue and business competitiveness of Aroma Indah Regency. In carrying out practical work in Aroma Indah Regency store, the research methods used by the writer are interviews, observations and developing marketing mix strategies. From conducting interviews and observations at the Aroma Indah Regency store, there were several problems that occurred at the Aroma store. Aroma store has never made a promotion and only uses a simple marketing system. Therefore the writer design a 4P marketing mix and improved the promotional design at Aroma Indah Regency store through social media and brochures. The results obtained from the implementation of marketing mix at Aroma Indah Regency store are many people knows more about Aroma store and there is an increase in business revenue.
