Abstract

Kerja Praktek ini dilaksanakan mulai dari tanggal 01 May 2018 sampai dengan 31 Agustus 2018. Tujuan dari Kerja Praktek ini ialah untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan saat pengajuan kuota impor kepada BP Batam di website Sistem Informasi Keluar Masuk Barang via online yaitu terjadinya penolakan atau pengurangan kuota barang terhadap pengajuan permohonan kuota impor sehingga berdampak kerugian pada perusahaan. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini, Penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian hukum yuridis empiris dengan cara melaksanakan observasi di lapangan secara langsung. Kemudian, Penulis merancang sebuah Standar Operasional Perusahaan (SOP) dengan harapan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi perusahaan dalam melakukan pengajuan permohonan impor barang umum. Hasil dari implementasi ini ialah adanya peningkatkan terhadap Efisiensi dan Efektifitas dalam pengajuan permohonan, tidak ada penolakkan permohonan sejak bulan Mei 2018, dan Persentase Realisasi Kuota Permohonan mulai meningkat hingga mencapai 98% - 100%. ********************************************************************** This Pratical Work is carried out starting from May 1, 2018 to August 31, 2018. The purpose of this Pratical Work is to overcome the obstacles faced by the company when submitting import quotas to Batam Development Board on the Entry and Exit Information System website, namely the occurrence of rejection or reduction in the quota of goods against the submission of an application for import quotas so as to have an impact on the company. In the implementation of this research, author uses the method of empirical juridical legal research approach by conducting observations in the field directly. Then, the author designs a Company Operational Standard (SOP) in the hope of providing convenience for companies in submitting applications for import of general goods. The result of this implementation is that there has been an increase in Efficiency and Effectiveness in submitting applications, there has been no refusal of applications since May 2018, and the Percentage of Application Quota Realization has increased to reach 98% - 100%.
