Abstract

Laporan Kerja Praktik yang diteliti oleh penulis berjudul “PENYUSUNAN SISTEM AKUNTANSI PADA PT CENTRAL CREATIVE”. Objek dari penulisan Laporan Kerja Praktik adalah untuk memahami hasil dari implementasi sistem akuntansi Microsoft Office Access pada PT Central Creative. PT Central Creative beroperasi sejak tahun 2012 yang berada dikawasan industri tunas batam center. PT Central Creative bergerak dibidang jasa kontruksi yang telah menjalankan visi misi perusahaan selama kurang lebih 7 tahun. Akan tetapi, kekurangan yang terdapat pada perusahaan tersebut adalah sistem akuntansinya. Sebagai perusahaan yang termasuk dalam golongan menengah, PT Central Creative masih menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel sebagai sistem pencatatan akuntansi dan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Melalui kerja praktik ini, penulis memiliki tujuan untuk membantu PT Central Creative menerapkan sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang memadai agar PT Central Creative dapat menyiapkan dan menyediakan laporan keuangan secara efektif dan efisien serta menghindari adanya human error dalam penyediaan laporan keuangan. Proses penerapan sistem akuntansi Microsoft Office Access pada PT Central Creative telah sukses diterapkan dalam perusahaan tersebut. Tidak hanya dari segi pencatatan akuntansi, Penerapan sistem tersebut juga membantu PT Central Creative dalam menyiapkan laporan keuangan yang jelas, rapi dan berkualitas. ********************************************************************** The objective of this practical work is to solve the problem that happen and to figure out the result of implementation the Microsoft Office Access at PT Central Creative. PT Central Creative still manually records the transaction and financial statement. As an average company, PT Central Creative still using Microsoft Office Excel as their accounting system and financial report. The objective from this project is to contribute PT Central Creative for implementing an adequate accounting system so they can prepare and provide financial statement effectively and efficiently also to avoid human error on preparing financial statement. The process of implementing Microsoft Office Access at PT Central Creative are successfully implemented. Not only in terms of accounting records, the implementation of the system also helps PT Central Creative to prepare an obvious, presentable and the quality of financial statement.
