Abstract

Pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini memiliki maksud untuk memecahkan persoalan yang ditemui CV. Sukses Bersama dalam menjalankan usaha perdagangan yang sudah beroperasional sejak Januari 2018. Masalah yang dihadapi tidak luput dari belum tercapainya efisiensi kerja perusahaan karena tidak mempunyai sebuah sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang berguna dan unggul. Alur pengerjaan kerja praktek ini berawal dengan mengamati langsung serangkaian aktivitas sehari-hari usaha dan pemahaman mendalam mengenai keseluruhan perusahaan. Tahap berikutnya yaitu memanfaatkan teknologi Microsoft Office Access untuk perancangan sistem akuntansi bagi perusahaan mulai dari kesesuaian daftar akun, transaksi kegiatan ekonomi yang meliputi pembelian dan penjualan, serta perwujudan laporan keuangan yang berkualitas dan terpercaya. Kemudian, penyelesaian sistem diaplikasikan pada CV. Sukses Bersama. Sistem pencatatan dan pengolahan data akuntansi yang diciptakan berhasil diterapkan oleh CV. Sukses Bersama dengan sukses. Informasi akhir yang mendetail berkaitan dengan seluruh kegiatan bisnis perusahaan memperjelas keputusan benar yang perlu dilaksanakan pemilik CV. Sukses Bersama untuk pertimbangan kemajuan usaha selanjutnya. ********************************************************************** The execution of this practical work has the intention for solving problems encountered by Sukses Bersama Limited Partnership which has been running a trading business since January 2018. The problems faced related to the company’s work efficiency which has not yet achieved as a result caused by not having any useful and excellent accounting recording systems. The workflow of this project began by observing directly towards the company’s daily business and having a deep comprehension information about the whole company. Next, exerting technology Microsoft Office Access to design an accounting system which started with creating the suitable list of accounts, transactions of economic activities that include buying and selling merchandises, as well as being able to provide quality and reliable financial statements for the company. The completion of the system then was applied to the Sukses Bersama Limited Partnership. The accounting data recording and processing system which has done created was successfully implemented to Sukses Bersama Limited Partnership. The detailed final information about the company’s whole business activities took a part in clarify the right judgement the owner of Sukses Bersama Limited Partnership should take for expanding business growth.
