Abstract

Ruang parkir sangat penting bagi suatu pusat perbelanjaan karena ruang parkir sangat dapat membantu meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung suatu mall, karena jika ruang parkir dapat memenuhi kapasitas parkir setiap pengunjung yang datang dengan menggunakan mobil atau motor dapt memberikan kenyamanan untuk penggunjung mall. Dalam melakukan suatu penelitian dilakukan sistem survei dan wawancara terhadap para penjaga parkir pada 25 april – 27 april 2019. Kemudian data yang telah didapat dihitung dan dianalisa kedalam microsft excel. Dari hasil yang didapat diketahui bahwa kapasitas parkiran mega mall batam center untuk kapasitas parkiran motor sangat mencukupi unutk para pengunjung yang menggunakan roda dua, sedangkan penggunjung yang menggunakan kendaraan roda empat kekurangan kendaraan khususnya pada saat akhir pekan dan di jam puncak nya pada jam 18.00 – 20.00 .Wib. sehingga banyak kendaraan yang msuk kearea megamall harus bekeliling menghabiskan waktu dan terjadinya kemacetan pada área masuk parkiran mega mall. ********************************************************************** Parking space is very important for a shopping center because the parking space can greatly help increase the number of visitors to a Mall, because if the parking space can meet the parking capacity of every visitor who comes by car or motorcycle can provide comfort for mall visitors. In conducting a study, a survey and interview system was carried out for parking guards on 25 April - 27 April 2019. Then the data obtained was calculated and analyzed into Microsoft Excel. From the results obtained, it is known that the capacity of the Mega Mall Batam Center for motorcycle parking capacity is very sufficient for visitors who use two wheels, whereas users who use four-wheeled vehicles lack vehicles, especially at weekends and at peak hours at 18.00 - 20.00 Wow. so many vehicles entering the megamall area have to spend time traveling and congestion on the área enters the mega mall parking lot.
