Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi retensi karyawan pada karyawan pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) di Batam. Variabel yang diteliti adalah rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan kerja, penilaian kinerja dan kompensasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel retensi karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan survei kuesioner pada 350 responden yang meruapakan karyawan BPR di Batam. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian data menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan SPSS diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara semua variabel independen yang diteliti dengan variabel dependen. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan positif antara variabel rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan kerja, penilaian kinerja dan kompensasi terhadap variabel retensi karyawan. Dengan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada manajemen BPR di Batam agar dapat mempertahankan karyawan yang berkualitas untuk tetap bekerja diperusahaan tersebut untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. ********************************************************************** This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors that influence employee retention in employees at the Rural Credit Bank (BPR) in Batam. The updated variables are recruitment and selection, job training, assessment and compensation as well as their effect on employee retention variables.This research was conducted by surveying 350 respondents who were BPR employees in Batam. Then the data is tested using SPSS. From the results of data processing with SPSS which is recognized as the relationship between all variables supported by the dependent variable.From this study it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between recruitment and selection variables, job training, performance appraisal and compensation to employee retention variables. With the results of this study it is expected to provide benefits to BPR management in Batam in order to maintain a quality company to continue working in the company to achieve company goals.
