Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengadaan barang dan jasa pada industri pilihan di batam, dari penelitian terdahulu pada 38 jurnal yang dikumpulkan 1 dekade belakangan ini, bahwa teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, kompetensi staf dan etika sebagai faktor - faktor yang paling banyak mempengaruhi kinerja pengadaan barang dan jasa. Model penelitian ini diuji menggunakan non purposing sample dengan data survei pada 201 responden yang berhubungan langsung dengan pengadaan barang dan jasa pada industri terpilih di Batam. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung model penelitian yang diajukan bahwa teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, kompetensi staf dan etika berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pengadaan barang dan jasa pada industri pilihan di Batam. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam kegiatan pengadaan barang dan jasa memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar dan signifikan positif untuk mengingkatkan kinerja pengadaan barang dan jasa. ********************************************************************** This research examines factors affecting the procurement performance at chosen industry in Batam, from previous research in 38 journals collected in the past decade, that information and communication technology, staff competency and ethics as factors that influence the procurement performance. This research model was tested using non purposing sample survey with survey data on 201 respondents who are directly related to the procurement activity at chosen industry in Batam. The results of this study support the proposed research model that information and communication technology, staff competency and ethics affecting procurement performance at chosen industry in Batam. This study also found that the application of information and communication technology in the procurement activity has the biggest and significant positif to improve the procurement performance.
