Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna pelabuhan Parit Rampak Kabupaten Karimun dengan mengambil objek penelitian para pengguna jasa pelabuhan bongkar muat di pelabuhan Parit Rampak Kabupaten Karimun. yang dikumpulkan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 164 responden pada perusahaan Shipping Company PT. Tanjung Tiram, PT. Lintang Samudra dan Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat. Pemodelan yang dirumuskan pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman pelabuhan terhadap peguna jasa pelabuhan. Dengan memasukan faktor-faktor peralatan, kenyamanan, pelayanan, sistem informasi dan keandalan yang menyebabkan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna pelabuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara peralatan, kenyamanan, dan sistem informasi, sedangkan Keadalan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variebel – variebel independen yang mempengaruhi dependen kepuasan pengguna pelabuhan Parit Rampak Kabupaten Karimun. Peneliti percaya bahwa dengan mengetahui faktor peralatan, kenyamanan, pelayanan, sistem informasi dan keandalan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan penguna kepelabuhanan. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the satisfaction of the users of the port of Parit Rampak, Karimun Regency by taking the object of research on the users of loading and unloading port services in the port of Parit Rampak, Karimun Regency. collected by purposive sampling method. This study took a sample of 164 respondents in Shipping Compaany company PT. Tanjung Tiram, PT. Latitude Ocean and logistics services for loading and unloading labor. The modeling formulated in this study aims to provide an understanding of the port towards port service users. By including equipment factors, convenience, service, information systems and reliability that cause can affect the satisfaction of port users. The results show that there is a significant relationship between equipment, convenience, and information systems, while the Justice has no significant effect. The conclusion of this study was to determine the factors that influence the satisfaction of the users of the port of Parit Rampak Karimun Regency, which brought influence to the satisfaction of port users. Researchers believe that by knowing the factors of equipment, comfort, service, information systems and reliability can affect the satisfaction of port service users.
