Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Reward dan Human Resource Practices yang dimediasi oleh Trust terhadap Knowledge Sharing pada karyawan hotel berbintang di Batam. Survei dilakukan sebagai survei dengan mendistribusikan survei kepada 400 responden, staf hotel bintang empat terbesar di Batam. Setelah survei dibuat dan disusun kembali oleh penulis 389 survei selesai. Penelitian selanjutnya menggunakan metode SEM, kadang-kadang disebut pemodelan persamaan struktural, dengan Smart PLS 3.0 dan bertujuan untuk menganalisis efeknya. variabel independen (Reward dan Human Resource Practices) dan variabel mediasi (Trust) terhadap variabel dependen (Knowledge Sharing). Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya manajemen hotel berbintang agar dapat fokus pada variabel yang disebutkan di atas. Semua variabel di atas terkait erat dengan Knowledge Sharing, jadi jika perusahaan Anda ingin meningkatkan Knowledge Sharing, anda perlu meningkatkannya. ********************************************************************** This study aims to determine the effect of Reward and Human Resource Practices mediated by Trust on Knowledge Sharing on starred hotel employees in Batam.City. The survey was conducted in a survey manner by distributing a questionnaire to 400 respondents, the staff of Batam largest four-star hotel. The survey was created, edited again by author 389, and then filled out. In the following studies, we can also refer to structural equation modeling using Smart PLS 3.0 for the purpose of analyzing the effects of independent variables using SEM methods. (Reward and Human Resource Practices) and mediating variables (Trust) on the dependent variable (Knowledge Sharing). The results of this study emphasize the importance of four-star hotel management in order to focus on the variables mentioned above. All of the above variables are closely related to knowledge sharing, so if your company wants to increase knowledge sharing, you need to improve it.
