Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel ketepatan waktu pembayaran, keterampilan manajer proyek, campur tangan politik dan perencanaan proyek terhadap penyelesaian proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini mengguanakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan media kuesioner. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Karimun tahun anggaran 2017. Target penelitian ada 114 perusahaan kontraktor dan 33 perusahaan Konsultan dan 25 orang dari unsur Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive atau Jugmental Sampling orang-orang yang dianggap ahli dibidangnya. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan Statistical package for Social Science SPSS Statistics 22 hasilnya disajikan pada tabel dan grafik. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penyelesaian proyek konstruksi sangat dipengaruhi oleh ketepatan waktu pembayaran, keterampilan manajer proyek dan perencanaan proyek. ********************************************************************** The main purpose of this research was to determine the relathionship between variabels of time liness of payment, project manager skillls, political interference and project planning in the implementation of construction project this research uses quantitave research design with survey method using questionnaire. The research was carried out in the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum and Penataan Ruang at Karimun Regency in 2017. Research targets thereare 114 contracting companies and 33 consulting companies and also 25 people who are official employers of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum and Penataan Ruang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive or jugmental sampling of people who were considered experts in their field. The data collected was analyzed using the statistical package for social science IBM the statistics 22 and the results are presented in table and graph. The result of this studi reveal that the completion of construction project is strongly influenced by political interference and project planning.
