Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pengalaman, citra destinasi & motivasi terhadap keinginan berkunjung kembali wisatawan ke restoran spesial makanan jepang di Kota Batam sehingga penelitian ini ditujukan kepada masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kota Batam. Sebanyak 300 kuisioner disebarkan melalui sosial media berupa aplikasi Instagram dan juga aplikasi Line pribadi penulis, namun hanya 261 yang kembali dengan lengkap dan kemudian di uji dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Dari penelitian ini, penulis mengetahui bahwa kualitas pengalaman, citra destinasi dan juga motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kunjungan kembali wisatawan yang pernah mengunjungi restoran spesial makanan jepang di Kota Batam yang dibuktikan dari uji Hipotesis. Penelitian ini hanya ditargetkan kepada masyarakat Kota Batam yang sudah pernah mengunjungi restoran spesial makanan Jepang di Kota Batam sehingga penulis berharap penelitian kedepannya mengenai pengaruh kualitas pengalaman, citra destinasi & motivasi terhadap keinginan berkunjung kembali wisatawan ke restoran spesial makanan jepang di Kota Batam dapat dilakukan dengan menargetkan respondent yang lebih luas seperti luar Kota Batam. ********************************************************************** This research was conducted to determine the effect of the quality of experience, destination image and motivation on the intention to make tourists revisit special Japanese fod2od restaurant in Batam City. This research was aimed at people living in Batam city. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed through social media in the form of the Instagram application and also the author personal Line application however only 261 returned in full and then were tested using the SPSS application. From this study, the writers discern that the quality of experience, destination image and motivation also have influence on return visits of tourists visiting Japanese food specialty restaurants in Batam City as evidenced from the Hypothesis test. This research only targeted at the people of Batam city hence the writer expect that future research on the effect of the quality of experience, destination image and motivation on the tourists revisiting intention to Japanese food special restaurants in Batam can be completed by targeting wider respondents outside Batam city.
