Abstract

Saat ini, bisnis kue berkembang dengan sangat baik. Tidak heran semakin banyak orang yang tertarik untuk belajar membuat kue. Salah satu bentuk dari kue tersebut ialah cupcake. Cupcake sendiri juga tidak asing lagi di masyarakat. Cupcake sudah lama populer dan hingga saat ini juga masih banyak penggemarnya. Pembuatan cupcake juga tidak sekompleks bentuk kue yang lain, namun tetap saja ada hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan. Perancangan video tutorial pembuatan cupcake dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi ini memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk memanfaatkan penggunaan metode demonstrasi dalam menyampaikan informasi berupa prosedur-prosedur pembuatan cupcake yang benar. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah berupa sebuah video tutorial pembuatan yang telah direkam dan diedit menggunakan software Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS6 dan Audacity. Video tutorial ini diharapkan mampu membantu penontonnya dalam memahami prosedur pembuatan cupcake. ********************************************************************** Cake business is developing very well nowadays. Unsurprisingly, more people are fascinated to learn how to make a cake. One type of cake is cupcake. The cupcake itself is not unknown to society. Cupcake has been popular for a very long time and so far deemed as favorite by many. Making cupcake is not as complex as making the other types of cake, however there are few things worth to consider. The purpose of this research is to take advantage of the demonstrative action to deliver information regarding procedures of making cupcake correctly. The outcome of the research is a tutorial video of making cupcake that has been recorded and edited using software Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Audacity. This video tutorial is expected to help the audience in understanding the procedure for making cupcakes.
